whats up with that tunnel?? I've never seen anything like that in Canada. It is so random and looks like its kinda falling apart, garbage everywhere. lol.
Unfortunately there are quite a few areas here in NYC that aren’t the nicest areas to visit… that tunnel has been inoperable for quite some time but I think recently the construction has ended and it is open to the public… 🙌💯💪
