It doesn't have to be hot it's all about the uv rays and if you check the weather and it shows a high uv index like a 2 or higher the better this works
With the volume 40 what else do you add to it? And how much you put in a cup? And how long do you leave it outside? Please help I wanna have my 5s looking good for school

I live in Pittsburgh, it's the best weather to do it In. as a matter of fact it's perfect. it's cold enough to keep the shoes intact but the Sun is bright enough to un yellow soles

Has nothing to do with the heat/where you live when it comes to sun. Its about how strong the UV rays are that day. Check your weather forecast and you can see what days will have higher UVs and it will help with your "sessions" to make them more efficient. This is why Black Lights work inside because black lights have ultraviolet rays just like a tanning beds etc.

I tried doing it to my pre heats 8. The sole bright fucked up my front part of the shoe the whole color is gone. And the sole bright was melted. It was all the way in the bottom of the shoe with the plastic wrap. And I only had it outside for a hour and a half.

You should be able to do longer sessions during winter. We have restrictions in the US that limit what we send to other countries so I'm not sure. ):

wait for it to yellow, use sole protectors to prevent it from yellowing if it worries you that much
