    😮mam Haryana me govt exam me extra 5 Marks diye Jate hai mam 1.80 lakh se Kam income wale family ko .kya mam ye article 16 ke against hai ?

    Sir mere ek friend ko railway Main job nahi di driving licence ke bina lekin dusre zone main same Post per job de di license ke bina . , kya ye article 14 and 16 ka ulanghan karta hai ,

    giving extra mark for those candidates who's is poor ( whose income is less than 1 lakh 80 thousands) in govt exam is fair or not ? According to this article 16

    Dear sir,
    I have one question plz answer mam. Public employment me contractual employees ko agar 10% waitage(10 extra marks) diya Gaya hai aur candidate obc category se hi aur uska selection 10% ka benefit ka use Krke obc category se Hua hai toh yeh legal hai? ya o bass kaunse bhi ek benefits le skta hai ya toh obc category or ya 10% waitage?
    Kya ye article 16 ko/fundamentals right ko violate krta hai?

      Bhai it is said that the state can do anything for the promotion of backward classes . So for the upliftment of backward classes it is done. So it's not violative
