To be fair, normally when a cat shows you his\her belly you shouldn't pet it. It's showing you it's most vulnerable part of it's body, or in other words it's showing how much it trusts you. This is also why so many people are being scratched when they do go for the belly rub, since that wasn't the cats intention. That being said though, what I just mentioned clearly doesn't apply to this video. There are always exceptions to the rule and this is one of them. You can clearly see this particular cat doesn't mind it at all. Even if you rub your cat's belly and it doesn't like that it really isn't a big deal. The cat isn't being hurt, you are by it's claws.
