What’s the temperature range? Can it be used for muffins, cookies, biscuits, lower heat items ?
I think 175°F is the lowest setting. Yes for sure you can use it for all of those things. We've baked cookies, pop tarts, knots, muffins, biscuits, and a few other things in it.

How many loaves can be loaded in at once?
It really depends the size of your loaf and what you are making. Check their site for the specs and dimensions.
