After Verosika told Blitz she loved him and for anybody it is a big deal. It's one thing if Blitz just broke up with her but he broke up with her in a very hurtful memorable way.
He left her to pay for the hotel bill, stole her car, drove all the way to the Wrath Ring (and depending where you live let's just say he drove to Texas), and maxed out all her credit cards on horse riding lessons.
For Verosika, that's extremely painful

To explain the whole Blitz constantly bringing up the Imp/Prince dynamic. Stolas has been calling blitz his "little imp" since episode 1. In the hell hierarchy made by Viv, imps are second from the bottom above hellhounds, while Goetia are now below the sins. Stolas may say he never looked down on Blitz, and that may be true, but blitz hears imp as a term of belittlement from everyone else in hell. In addition, Stolas grew up as royalty and has imps as servants even after Stella and him divorced. He does see everyone as people, but growing up as isolated as he did gave him a naivete that makes him blind to the class system that is very much present in hell.
well, stolas literally called blitzo his "impish little plaything" in truth seekers, so is it really that surprising blitzo thinks stolas just treates him like a toy, when he literally called him that before?
Blitz has just as good a case as Stolas when it comes to their relationship problems, in many cases.
@@bwilliams463 no denying that at all. It's just a lot easier to see Blitz's contributions to the issue. Stolas you have to look back all the way to episode 1 and keep going to see how he adds to it. He may not realize he's doing it, but it doesn't mean they aren't there.
@@rustyattacker Stolas had a much sharper story arc than Blitz has. As you mentioned, he turned from a horny ball of feathers to a textured character between the Pilot and Loo-Loo Land. Blitz is just now starting to become a more self-reflective, mature adult.

Verosika is a pop star, she’s been one for years and has Legions of fans who love her and want to be with her mostly because of the fact that she’s hot, famous and talented. So she doesn’t have a lot of people she can choose who’d love her for her because much like a lot of artists Verosika is more than just her career. So imagine finally choosing somebody who you want to spend your life with like “I want Blitz to be my partner in life” and immediately when she says how important blitz is to her he just dumps her and Dips. Like I can’t even imagine how that must feel.

The thing a lot of people miss is that when Stolas and Blitz where talking and the guy came up to ask him to dance Stolas actually looked to blitz for permission to go dance and that is something he did not need to have, and we have seen before that when Stolas is in a bad situation he does things on impulse much like in the flash back ep with his wife and the still not divorced party where she was ripping him apart and he pretty much instantly wanted to bed Blitz as away of escaping the situation with his wife, but in this episodes situation because he still very much cares for Blitz but also wanted that escape from the situation but also permission to do so. It makes me think the next episodes will be the rebuilding of what they are .
They are finally talking which is a change.
The next episode is the scooby doo thing, so stolas may not even be in it, though.

If your listening, After blitzo truthfully apologized to Verosika, she called him blitz. Only once but she did
I think Verosika started being nice because for the first time she saw Blitz actually be vulnerable and showing the beginnings of change. Blitz admitting he doesn't want to be this way, is huge considering all we know of him. And admitting to her of all people. All thru this episode we saw Blitz slowly start to change. Yes it sucks it is happening so late now, but that is because Stolas literally means that much to him. That losing him finally pushed Blitz to change. It's interesting to note Stolas hasn't blocked Blitz on his phone yet. There is still something there, but he's hurt. It sucks it has come to this, but both need time to grow on their own.
Also I agree on how Blitz fucked up more, I just believe both did. And no it isn't on Stolas to accept it. But if you want to be with someone as damaged as him its tough having to accept his big flaws. The break up was inevitable. But may good come from the ashes. Stolas deserves better then current Blitz, and Blitz deserves to grow, maybe he will become someone worthy of Stolas.
Along with everything else you mentioned, I think the other reason she was nice to him was because she realized he was still the imp she had fallen in love with all those years ago and part of her still loved and cared for him.
@@eddmario I don't think we lose love for someone when they leave us, not for a long time and even then. I think it can be both transformed into another type of love, and/or be covered up with hate for defense. For many of us, we could look upon are ex's and probably still pull happiness from when the relationship was just starting or going well. A moment during it we were happy and in love. But its overshadowed with pain. If you are happy now, you can view the past as fondness, but you dont need to go back anymore, nor want to. This is where I see Verosika. She is over him, but not what their relationship was. She wishes for the love, the vulnerableness she had at one point. Just not with Blitz anymore. She still cares, but is past trying to get back what she had with him.
It just dawned on me a mind blowing realization. Verosika knew that Blitz was at the party the whole time. Even when she was performing on stage with Tex and Stolas. She could have outed him at any time and easily whipped her bitter, vengeful, drunken party guests into a frenzy to beat the living hell out of him (no pun intended) but was she clearly pretending to be none the wiser about him crashing the party. That proves that deep down a part of her still cares about him in spite of what he did to her. But the best evidence that she knew he was there the whole time is the fact that she was completely unfazed by him coming to talk to her while all the guests just happen to conveniently be distracted. Even her tone of voice when mentioning his “apology tour” seems to heavily imply that she was expecting him. In other words, she went to the top of the stairs to deliberately wait for him and to emotionally prepare herself, she smoked a cigarette while she waited in order to calm her nerves, likely to keep her pent-up anger at bay as a way to emotionally restrain herself from wanting to loudly chew him out which would have made a scene and thus defeated her entire purpose of letting him save face by talking to her in private. This episode was absolutely brilliant and how it subverted the expectations of such a scenario where in a story like this, the person whose secretly in a place where everyone dislikes them usually has their cover blown. Not so this time, in this show he enters and exits the party and no one, except Verosika and Stolas are ever the wiser. That was a very refreshing subversion of expectations. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reason why Viv decided to do it that way is because Blitz had already been outed in the episode that introduced Ozzie. If she had done something like that again here in this episode, it would’ve just felt like a re-hash of a scenario she had already done so I’m glad she went with a more subtle and downplayed scenario. You know what they say, sometimes in the world of drama “less is more” and I grant you that doesn’t always have to be the case but when it works, it REALLY works and this episode clearly pulled that off and then some.
Always felt there was more to Verosika than "Blitz' b**** ex", especially when they made it clear that he was the one who screwed her over, further explored in "Ozzie's". Glad she got some deeper characterization in this episode. "Better than Blitzo" Incubus rebound guy is already getting some undeserved hate on Twitter for being the nail in the "Stolitz" ship's coffin. Also, ending song goes hard as hell.
With that first introduction of her and their back and forth I knew that Blitz was 100% just being an ass lol. Of course as the show has gone on we see that he CONSTANTLY is the one shitting up his relationships (Fizz somewhat excluded but only because Blitz had a minor part in the fuck up, the vast majority of it was Blitz's shithead DAD who intentionally destroyed the original relationship for greed-Blitz and Fizz had no idea it was Buckzo, Fizz assumed Blitz was to blame, vice versa...they kept it going for years but once they understood the full truth they've patched up)
Blitz is immature with his relationships and most things really, yes he is also traumatised and I believe brainwashed by his dad somewhat into his belief system of 'anyone higher rank than me is only going to fake being a friend/ lover etc because not only am I a lowly fucking Imp but I fucking SUCK at everything I do' but it doesn't really excuse his dumping of Verosika or anyone of his other exes. I mean even in his brief flings he's a dickhead. I know it's a dumb gag but I feel bad for Dennis. He didn't have to do him like that over a fucking NAME. Stolas saying he’s tried to show everyone that he likes blitz. Thats not what happened at ozzy’s when he pulled his hand away from him when people were look8ng.
Stolas never did that. In Ozzies Blitz is the one that pulled his hand away. The only time Stolas seemed embarrassed was when he covered his face but that wasn't because of Blitz. That was because Ozzie called him out for his affair on Stella and how it affected his daughter. And even after that he reaches out for Blitz's hand but Blitz was (rightfully) hurt and humiliated after everything and he pulled away

Blitzø definitely flucked up more, and more often, and more recently, and Stolas totally isn’t obligated to fix him, but it wooouuuld be nice if Stolas could notice and work on his own problems of zero self-awareness, tunnel vision, and martyrdom.

I honestly feel like the only way these two are making up is the same kinda thing that got Blitzø and Fizz to make up: A life-threatening situation. Either that, or just locking them in a room until they talk.

I get the feeling Blitzø and Verosika have had a long, long hate-ship and S1Episode 3 was just the latest brush with it. She was nice to him in the end because she understands exactly why he is the way he is, just like we do. She’s not gonna give him excuses, but she’ll still give him a chance. Just like we’re still giving him a chance. Or, are supposed to be.
I believe that Verosika knew BlitzØ was in the crowd when she welcomed Stolas onto the stage because why would two demons who received such a sarcastic apology, let BlitzØ go into the party unwatched?
So when Blitz became venerable towards Verosika, with him saying he doesn't want to be this way, notice how Verosika actually called him "Blitz" instead of "Blitzo" when giving out advice to him, and also notice how she didn't kick him out or call him out and offered him cake before walking away, even though it was implying to eat his heart out, I think we are discovering Verosika warming up to him just like Fizz did when him and Fizz got kidnapped. So with this being said, I can see Verosika being an ally to Blitz, just like Fizz is, in future episodes. So little by little, there is hope for Blitz.

I'm trying to look for it and try to check it out and they said it was Iron Shelled Regios but when i look it up it shows another anime called "Chrome Shelled Regios" which doesn't describe the main characters in short summary well enough and makes me wonder if he's talking about another show.

throughout the entire show, stolas has never once properly communicated with blitzo. why is he surprised that blitzo doesn't treat the relationship seriously when, apart from the last two episodes, 99% of everything stolas ever says to him is a sex joke or an innuendo? heck, stolas literally called him "my impish little plaything" in one episode. so if he doesn't treat the relationship seriously, why should blitzo?
if he wanted blitzo to treat the relationship seriously, he should have treated the relationship seriously himself and tell him what he actually felt. but oh no, it's totally blitzo's fault for not taking stolas's feelings seriously...
not to mention that one time, when stolas got to prove his feelings towards blitzo, when asmodeus called them out in public during their visit to his club, instead of showing how he felt about blitzo, he hid his face in embarrassment. what is blitzo supposed to think, when stolas isn't even comfortable showing his face in public with him?
and don't give me that bs "did you ever apologize before?" line, stolas. he was literally about to apologize last episode, just when you kicked him out of the house, because he didn't immediately say what you wanted to hear. and instead of giving him some time to sort through his emotions and have a proper conversation about your feelings, you simply kicked him out and ran away from the confrontation, and then act surprised because nothing changed.
yeah, blitzo has issues. a lot of them, honestly. but it's not like the whole thing is exclusively blitzo's fault. stolas is just as much at fault as he is and they both need to get their shit together.
