Harbor is so underrated and I’ll explain it here (be ready it’s long) Viper has one wall, unmoveable and with a bar. Sure it has 10 decay dmg big whoop. Harbor wall slows is actually kinda good because the small second of time they’re slowed makes it so you see their gun first and can get good easy kill. He also has 3 walls, one curveable and rechargeable. Especially with icebox and breeze. On breeze you can make harbor wall in place of viper wall, plus use his cascade to scale up without being sniped from across the site. On icebox it’s all elevated so his wall can really isolate angles and on icebox the “mini games” (as hooj explains) is to plant. Si harbor orb is good for securing plant. He just has much more flexibility when it comes to smoking weird angles. Not only that. But he shines where omen and brim fail. They have 2-3 smokes which are mid sized orbs. Harbors wall can smoke off angles orbs can’t, plus his cove can double as a non spammable smoke orb if need be. I have a 75% win rate with him on shit maps like icebox and breeze because he allows your team to scale site, isolate ones in the front of site, and then safe plant and scale up with his cascades. It’s goated because he can close off long angles that suck to peak out of choke points from. Lastly, I read a previous comment and he is NOT needed for team play. He’s viable to scale solo because his walls can create a lane for himself. As long as you have spike, you can even entry, get the one guy on your side of the wall, plant and decide to play back or scale using cascade. Solo scale with casecade is like iso wall. Just better because he gets 2. Lastly his ult is weak, but it’s not usually meant for stuns it’s meant to get good timing when people move out of the way, because they have to stop to shoot you risking getting stunned and is good for trading. I agree I think harbor is a more flexible viper you can peek with cove then go back into the cove or get your one then go in to the cove and the wall is almost a viper wall but you can keep replacing it because the cooldown is only 25 seconds when the wall goes down and the cascade is great for pushing.I know nobody going to agree with me (btw I used to main harbor
In Lotus he is extremelly valuable because compared to the other controllers he can smoke many times per round and smoke every site from B to stop pushes.

I highly disagree on Harbor being so low, his wall is probably the best individual smoke in the game (besides how long it lasts) since it can be controlled (which for pushing into a site is very useful as you can cover most everything) his second wall (small) is helpful for blocking off areas while holding site and also pushing into areas (such as site or mid) Orb might not be the best thing in the world but it has its moments (good rat spot for shorty if enemy pushes into orb). His ult isn’t the best in the game but it is extremely useful if you know what to looks for (it tells you where enemies are, pushes enemies out of corners, and obviously the stun). Overall I’d say he’s above deadlock and behind Kay/O
I would give harbor in higher tier -- bc viper can't turn the wall to right or left iwhen placed plus is worse that it's perm wall placement, orb is decent bc with current fuel system it almost don't get good value, but the Molly and ult is good. Harbor has good walls that can slow down enemies so they will need to react faster orb is good for planting or defusing the bomb, you can literally play with harbor like duelist, not controller. His ult when is well-used then he can do easy kills and predict enemies movement when need to retake and/or rotate the site. He's easier to use than viper.
harbor is basically unplayed in ranked because vipers utility is infinently better, molly to stop pushes, ultimate to hold down site on attack and defense, wall causes damage, mollys can be played for post plant, harbors orb is instantly broken, his ultimate can be dodged by simply jumping and his wall last for less time
Harbor is the best if you want to take a site. Literally smoke off every choke point and push with the wall and plant in the cover of the cove. And as soon as that's done, harbor becomes useless. Cannot hold the site, no util, no nothing. While taking the site with viper can be a bit tricky, but she can very well hold the site and use lineups and so viper gives more value than harbor.
I also would place harbor on a higher tier because I pop off using harbor especially in ranked and you wouldnt believe how many people think harbors smoke is just a smoke and not a bulletproof shield. Also you can dice up sites keeping so many hiding spots and decimate teams with full util. Just some stuff i do as a harbor main
I think yoru deserved an S tier. He's utily is just infinitely better when compared to other duelist, u can walk past literally anything in his ult and provide info to your teammates,ultimately changing the dynamic of the round.

Not to say that being skill based is and, but yoru is wayyyy too skill reliant, although I guess every game needs something like that for the more competent players to enjoy. However, he does rely on luck A LOTT with clones/fake clones, teleporting without knowing if anyone is watching it/if the flash hit.

The ultimate is a "heavy weapons deny" and also a little radar to attack

Flash is trash, heal is just funny cos it's usually headshot or not, so you either die or live with almost full hp. Imma have to disagree, yes Harbor is statistically the worst, but his ult is op and there's a reason why pros and radiants fear and hate that ult, it's literally another KJ ult but for a controller and not really any counter to it because you if stand still you're dead because of being stunned and therefore inaccurate, or you move and then killed out of position because well you're moving very broken for holds and retakes like KJ.
phoenix is the best fragging duelist in valorant imo due to his flashes are fast and the ult gives huge confidence boost. the molly and the wall is also good for clearing site and heals. also yoru is a super strong agent in terms of oping due to his teleports and unpredictability. I would put yoru above jett when it comes to oping

Cipher should honestly be higher, he is picked almost every game in ranked and is the best sentinel. Other agents such as raze are meta due to the fact that they counter his tripwire setups, so he should definitely be higher in S tier even though he doesn’t have the raw carry potential of Reyna and Jet.
Honestly the take stuns in valorant don’t work is kinda bad like yeah once in a while you one tap people while breach ulted but the bullet accuracy is crazy bad when stunned and for neon when she’s sliding past you while you’re stunned? Not happening
The yoru should be a tiny bit higher because of the clone, its not used for tricking people its used to activate sentinal utility like cyphers trips and you can to past them
Iso is hurting me. I play at my best when im using iso… im the type of player to focus on my raw aim to get me kills more than abilities and iso just the perfect agent for that or either reyna. Everybody else takes too much brain power to use on the fly. So that ends up hurting me sometimes lol.

Ummmm cypher trips can be jumped over, crouched under, and some abilities like an updraft, yoru chamber tp, and raze satchels can bypass the trip without triggering it
if you put the cypher trips on the right spot they cant crouch under / jump over it. if they don't know where the trip is, they wont know when to go through. anyways most of the time the agents arent gonna go by themselves into site. cypher is really good. you just sound like a low-elo player
@@_At0mz I am, and no shit I k owe you can place it in the right spot where they can’t jump nor crouch under, I just don’t like the fact that you have to play the trips in a specific spot just so enemies can trigger them before they notice. For some reason people seem to forget that agent abilities can bypass cypher trips like a teleport, updraft, or satchel when flanking a bombsite if they’re playing any of those agents. Also because of how dominant cypher and KJ are in both ranked and pro play
When you entering a site and a lot of utility is used, it’s kind of hard to see the trips and to just destroy them since an experienced cypher main will put the trip in an area where it’s hard if not impossible to break without you exposing yourself

As a Fade main, here’s what I gotta say. Fade prowler >>> skye dog. Sure, fade’s prowler got nerfed, but skye’s dog received it worse, plus, skye is left vulnerable to enemies when dogging. JoeDaBozo has made it hella clear. Fade can clear angles just as well as Skye with her prowler, and it can auto-track if there is a trail. Fade prowler is easier to use than skye dog. Sure, sova is better than fade in info gathering, but who is easier to learn? Fade. Sova’s bow is hard af for new players, as opposed to fade’s throwing. Fade should at least be top 11.
0:23 Why Temet? Why not Grumpy or Nxrth or even Shiro? There's so many good Neons, and yet Temet gets all the attention now. His movement has hit a ceiling which other Neon players have far surpassed long before him, his content is relatively mediocre being honest, and on stream he's kind of toxic. No hate, clearly people like his content and it's amazing he's growing in popularity! the more love for Neon the better. I just see him getting the spotlight when he's 3rd on the podium when it comes to Neon movement, and it's almost like Grumpy is being forgotten.

This video, or rather the preface is very misleading for new players and it is not clear what did you mean by it. What is the rating (or rather your opinion) based on? Pickrate? Winrate? Ability design/usefulness? How do they feel to you personally in solo-queue? And all of these - in which context? Low elo, high elo, pro play... Because for example Viper is honestly the premier controller at the moment (packed with util and power), while being rated lower than Omen... And Reyna is literally a useless agent in terms of utility, she is picked by smurfs because they know what fights and angles they can take, not because she is useful to the team, which is what should be important in a tactical shooter. Then there's a couple arguments for agents like Deadlock, Harbor, or Astra that are just amazing when paired up with another agent of the same role. And also have gone up in pickrate on different maps. So, be clearer, please! If you meant it as solo-queue picks for climbing to pick regardless of a comp, you should have prefaced the video with it, because then the arguments for Reyna (you said yourself she has weak util) or for example Yoru (has high skill floor) are not consistent with the rating (solo-queue vs team usefulness). You cannot make a "general" tierlist, if you better focused on rating them based on one thing or explained better what are you rating them on, it would be more helpful to unexperienced players :) I don't mean it as a hate comment, just giving a feedback.
I would say that jett is not the best agent nor the best duelist Even tho you have two smokes, they last very little (basically forcing the player to be very fast and skilful to actually take advantage of them) Due to the nerfs, jett now only have one updraft and "two" Dashes(?) wich I think is OK And the Ulti can be very useful if good aim Jett is very good for being aggresive, with good movement abilities and the smokes that help setting a concern for the enemie Still I would argue that Reyna and Raze are better duelists Reyna because of the eyes and the dismiss and Raze because of the bomb bot and the granades I say it because I find that those abilities can have a bigger strategic impact If I had to choose the best agent I would probably say Cypher even tho I main Killjoy. I recognize that at this time Cypher can give more info to your team and delay/hold the enemy without having to expose too much, wich might be 2 of the most if not the most important things when playing as a team before and after plant

She has quite a bit of issues that keeps her from being viable now I do think Neon is definitely much better in ranked because less communication But the problems with Neon in my opinion are as follows: 1. High gear is not as good as a Jett dash for entry 2. Her kit relies on her winning very high risk situations for a reward equal to Jett and Raze with significantly more risk 3. She's not as self sufficient and relies heavily on an initiator to do anything Overall she's good at ranked play in my opinion but not good at the highest level of play

@@Grwbing Reyna might be good when smurfing, but when you are on immo level the aim difference isn't that big, so she is basically useless asc+. Flash is trash, heal is just funny cos it's usually headshot or not, so you either die or live with almost full hp. Dismiss is the only ability that's good, but still you need to kill first and the enemy team knows exactly that you will have to either play aggro or run away. Easy to read -> even worse agent

Imma have to disagree, yes Harbor is statistically the worst, but his ult is op and there's a reason why pros and radiants fear and hate that ult, it's literally another KJ ult but for a controller and not really any counter to it because you if stand still you're dead because of being stunned and therefore inaccurate, or you move and then killed out of position because well you're moving very broken for holds and retakes like KJ.
You also can’t take it out like killjoy’s which isn’t too difficult to break. It also gives u info cause of the signals in the sky.
phoenix is the best fragging duelist in valorant imo due to his flashes are fast and the ult gives huge confidence boost. the molly and the wall is also good for clearing site and heals. also yoru is a super strong agent in terms of oping due to his teleports and unpredictability. I would put yoru above jett when it comes to oping

Cipher should honestly be higher, he is picked almost every game in ranked and is the best sentinel. Other agents such as raze are meta due to the fact that they counter his tripwire setups, so he should definitely be higher in S tier even though he doesn’t have the raw carry potential of Reyna and Jet.

Ummmm cypher trips can be jumped over, crouched under, and some abilities like an updraft, yoru chamber tp, and raze satchels can bypass the trip without triggering it
if you put the cypher trips on the right spot they cant crouch under / jump over it. if they don't know where the trip is, they wont know when to go through. anyways most of the time the agents arent gonna go by themselves into site. cypher is really good. you just sound like a low-elo player
@@_At0mz I am, and no shit I k owe you can place it in the right spot where they can’t jump nor crouch under, I just don’t like the fact that you have to play the trips in a specific spot just so enemies can trigger them before they notice. For some reason people seem to forget that agent abilities can bypass cypher trips like a teleport, updraft, or satchel when flanking a bombsite if they’re playing any of those agents. Also because of how dominant cypher and KJ are in both ranked and pro play
When you entering a site and a lot of utility is used, it’s kind of hard to see the trips and to just destroy them since an experienced cypher main will put the trip in an area where it’s hard if not impossible to break without you exposing yourself
And also you can make trips that you can’t jump or crouch over!

Fade prowler >>> skye dog.
Sure, fade’s prowler got nerfed, but skye’s dog received it worse, plus, skye is left vulnerable to enemies when dogging. JoeDaBozo has made it hella clear. Fade can clear angles just as well as Skye with her prowler, and it can auto-track if there is a trail. Fade prowler is easier to use than skye dog.
Sure, sova is better than fade in info gathering, but who is easier to learn? Fade. Sova’s bow is hard af for new players, as opposed to fade’s throwing.
Fade should at least be top 11.

His movement has hit a ceiling which other Neon players have far surpassed long before him, his content is relatively mediocre being honest, and on stream he's kind of toxic. This video, or rather the preface is very misleading for new players and it is not clear what did you mean by it. What is the rating (or rather your opinion) based on? Pickrate? Winrate? Ability design/usefulness? How do they feel to you personally in solo-queue? And all of these - in which context? Low elo, high elo, pro play... Because for example Viper is honestly the premier controller at the moment (packed with util and power), while being rated lower than Omen... And Reyna is literally a useless agent in terms of utility, she is picked by smurfs because they know what fights and angles they can take, not because she is useful to the team, which is what should be important in a tactical shooter. Then there's a couple arguments for agents like Deadlock, Harbor, or Astra that are just amazing when paired up with another agent of the same role. And also have gone up in pickrate on different maps. So, be clearer, please!
If you meant it as solo-queue picks for climbing to pick regardless of a comp, you should have prefaced the video with it, because then the arguments for Reyna (you said yourself she has weak util) or for example Yoru (has high skill floor) are not consistent with the rating (solo-queue vs team usefulness).
You cannot make a "general" tierlist, if you better focused on rating them based on one thing or explained better what are you rating them on, it would be more helpful to unexperienced players :) I don't mean it as a hate comment, just giving a feedback.

I would say that jett is not the best agent nor the best duelist
Even tho you have two smokes, they last very little (basically forcing the player to be very fast and skilful to actually take advantage of them)
Due to the nerfs, jett now only have one updraft and "two" Dashes(?) wich I think is OK
And the Ulti can be very useful if good aim
Jett is very good for being aggresive, with good movement abilities and the smokes that help setting a concern for the enemie
Still I would argue that Reyna and Raze are better duelists
Reyna because of the eyes and the dismiss and Raze because of the bomb bot and the granades
I say it because I find that those abilities can have a bigger strategic impact
If I had to choose the best agent I would probably say Cypher even tho I main Killjoy. I recognize that at this time Cypher can give more info to your team and delay/hold the enemy without having to expose too much, wich might be 2 of the most if not the most important things when playing as a team before and after plant
solid point, i actually think any of the top maybe 6 agents in my list could be considered the best agent as the higher in the list i went the better the agents imo

@@RemValorant Oh well, I did rank up from platinum to ascendant with neon, so i thought a lot of ppl would use her, but it also could be that the teams thought neon wasnt a good entry fragger when jett, etc. Duelists were there...
She has quite a bit of issues that keeps her from being viable now I do think Neon is definitely much better in ranked because less communication
But the problems with Neon in my opinion are as follows:
1. High gear is not as good as a Jett dash for entry
2. Her kit relies on her winning very high risk situations for a reward equal to Jett and Raze with significantly more risk
3. She's not as self sufficient and relies heavily on an initiator to do anything
Overall she's good at ranked play in my opinion but not good at the highest level of play
