    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    Spinach (पालक) -1 Kg
    Oil (तेल) - 2-3 Tbsp
    Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
    Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic (अदरक, हरी मिर्च, लहसुन ) - 1 Tbsp
    Onion (प्याज) - 1
    Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1/4 Tsp
    Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 2-3
    Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
    Dry Mango Powder (अमचूर) - 1 Tbsp
    Gram flour (बेसन) - 1 Cup
    Water (पानी) - Some
    Curd (दही) - 1/2 Cup
    Water (पानी) - Some
    Oil (तेल)
    Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Tbsp
    Dry fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी ) - Some
    Water (पानी) - Some
    Cream (मलाई) - 2 Tbsp
    Coriander Leaves (धनिया) - For Garnishing
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐚, clean, wash, and chop a bunch of chopped Spinach/Palak and saute it on a slow flame, till it shrinks and changes color. Then take it out on a plate and keep it cool. Then add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Dried Mango Powder, and roasted Gram Flour. Mix all well and make round balls of it. keep a small bowl/plate in the middle of the gravy and place a strainer plate on it. Apply some Oil place the Kofta balls on the plate and give the steam. Cook on a medium flame by turning it on both sides for 15 minutes.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐲, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic, and chopped Onion in the same pan. Cook till onion turns golden in color. Then add some spices like Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, ground Tomato, Salt, Curd, and Water. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and leaves the Oil. Then add Sugar and fenugreek Leaves, Kofta Balls, and Fresh Cream/Malai. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on a slow flame. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and enjoy with roti and parathas.
