@@Okai-co thanks, solved it. For some models looks like we need to conect an additional fuse (comes inside the box along with the tools and cover by tape) just under the power connection. Hope this helps others.
For current Neon series (ES10, ES20, ES30), the NFC cannot lock the wheel. For safety, we recommend you either carry the scooter with you or buy a good physical lock. Enjoy the ride!

Here are the button functions: WHEN OFF: Single tap = Turns unit on WHEN ON: 3-second press = Turns unit off Single tap = Turns on/off headlight Double-tap = cycles through speeds 5 taps = changes unit of measure (MPH/KPH) or, imperial/metric WHILE RIDING: If enabled through the OKAI Global app 3 second press = Cruise Control engagement Hope this helps!

Ay so i found a es20 okai scooter neon at a park it was pretty dirty and said it was free but i wanna bind it to my phone but its already been bound how i unbind it and bind it to me

Mine is not turning on, even after plugging in the power harness. Charging too, not turning on. I put the NFC card near it and it does not turn on.

Good question. You can use cable locks, and cable u - locks.
