Hello, I came across your video and was wondering if this dye helped you find your leak in your pool? We have a leak in ours, and it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack, lol. So i figured to give this a try to locate the leak. Any info you can share with me, it's appreciated. Thank you!

Hello! I work at a company in Florida . Im a leak detection specialist for swimming pools. I found your method to be... interesting. I think its great that you are trying it out. But this method will not exactly work. You need to get a syringe 💉. This will help to control the dye you put out. Put on some goggles and have a look. With vinyl linners you can find 1 big leak or 15 pin holes. Good luck to you.

Do you think her method atleast with finding the right corner of the pool works? Im losing 1/2" a day and can't find the leak. I need to fix this soon as it's getting into my neighbors yard
Hi Shane, the method that we used guided us to pin point the leak. We knew that it was on the side close to the pump. I'd suggest using a syringe and do it, section by section. That's how we found the hole on our pool plus the accumulation of debris. If this method doesn't work, calling a professional will be your next step. Wishing you luck!

How the water turn back clear
Does water clear up by self be alfter using dye or do you need turn pump on and shock ?
I turned on my pump and shocked it to clear the pool.

DO NOT USE THIS IN YOUR POOL!!! Turned my 25,000 gallon pool pink. Had to completely drain it to get the color out. Never did find the leak.
