A very surprising but welcomed vehicle transfer has taken place in Manchester where a number of the lovely Volvo B5LH Evoseti buses have moved to Go North West from Go Ahead London. In this video we take a look at these vehicles and compare them to the B5LH Gemini 2s inherited from FirstBus to see what differences are present alongside the new features of the Evoseti examples.

oh nice to see the GAL liveries still intact nice video
10:39 Swift bell press and i love that cap
Nice vid
This might just be my extreme obsession with geminis but I do prefer the geminis lol
Nice.
10:32 Euro 4 B9TL sounds lovely with a cooling fan, if only euro 5 used the same one but instead its one stays on like only 2 pitch 1 for idle and then 2 for when the engine is higher then idle which isnt much higher then its pitch on the idle and we only have euro 5 b9tl zfs in london which is boring with those cooling fans
You forgot to mention East Yorkshire we’re the first operator to have these
Are you coming back to Bristol to look at our 22 plate street decks
The bus looks nice and nice vid and the buses need USB in them
There are USB in them lmao 💀
Isnt it quite early to withdraw these from london?
Will Talking Buses return next week?
They look nice but are in dire need of an interior refurb, I'd rather sit on hot coals than them seats
Afaik, GNW plan to refurbish every single type they keep to a standard like that on the Gemini 2s. USBs are being retrofitted over time as well, but they need to do the work in bits, to prevent disruption. Once this comes though, these will be the highlight of the fleet for sure
These are not new have been in service for 3-4 months now
Still new by UK standards, only recently have the entire batch entered traffic too after some teething issues
@@AndMoreCentral hmm yeah
@@AndMoreCentral I'd agree with you here.
