Try some dancing yourself! Seriously... Or running or just cleaning the house. Any sort of physical activity that makes you sweat and which requires at least some attention to what you are doing and makes you stop thinking of other things. It would most likely help you - it does help me and I have been 'there' for a long time...
@@Statek63 some of us can't dance, run or even walk. I've broken both my ankles over the years, the right one twice, messed up my knees and my back. Some things are just a lot harder to do now. But thanks for the advice.

It's funny how I absolutely hate dancing (so much so my wife has never seen me dance), but that I love watching these two dance. My wife asked if I'd finally dance at my son's wedding on a few months...I said what did she think...and she smiled. Mind my son has also said he won't be dancing at jus wedding.
