In this video I'll be discussing all the pros and cons of the mobile gaming scene right and how it compares to mobile games of the past that everyone claims was amazing.

People are pretty bad at predicting events, but, at the same time- are pretty obsessed with trying to predict what will happen too.
Also, these "doomsday" events/headlines get a concerning amount of clicks.
We've all heard about the decline of smartphones, as smartphone sales plateaus, but today they're more popular than ever.
We also heard how laptops aren't the future of computing, and how they'll be phased out by the past decade, but its 2024- and laptops aren't going anywhere.
In a deeper level, we've kept hearing about how the Indian Education system is out-dated and obsolete, and will soon be replaced/overtaken by a better system for decades, but the amount of students enrolled in CBSE only increases for some reason.
This observation isn't necessarily true everytime; because- while Google Play Pass continues to be a thing.
It was honestly dead on arrival, and i never knew it existed until this video. Contrary to my previous observation, I know for a fact that Google will axe this feature, because they've already axed Google Stadia, a similar thing providing Cloud gaming (IIRC), and they love killing products even if they're pretty good.
There’s a Reason Why There’s a website dedicated to Products Google has killed.

Handheld PCs are the future of handheld gaming, real games on the go, no need for freemium trash anymore
True the steam deck has changed the landscape but there’s still an audience for a dedicated handheld console like the switch with its polished UI and tailor made games, and there’s still a market for freemium stuff because a generation of kids have grown up expecting stuff like that in their games and it doesn’t bother them anymore.

The codm microtransactions for me is not really an issue (im talking about codm specifically idk about other games) because its a free game. Theres no ads, or stuff you can buy to get a better advantage (mythics usually have good default sights but thats all). You wont miss out on much if you are free to play.
Im aware that the microtransactions try to trick you into spending absurd amounts of money, but if you do your research before buying (AS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO) it isnt really a big problem. People who dont have money or just doesnt want to spend money on a game wont miss out on anything at all.

Completely Agree, I’ve had a ton of playing COD Mobile without spending a single dime in it, I’ve never purchased anything in a mobile game and I’ve been playing them for as long as I can remember. The problem with microtransactions is that it can easily fool younger players or even older players who maybe want to go up in their social life whether it be with school, work or just your friends.
So that’s why that’s an unhealthy practice but yes in the case of COD mobile I’d say microtransactions don’t really give you an advantage it’s just annoying how often the game is pushing these purchases in your face, there’s like 50 pop ups when you boot the game everyday about some new weapon, roulette or item.
@@thabreez456 at some point turning off the pop ups becomes muscle memory, and besides i can just turn it off before my crappy phone loads it lmao

If it runs on phone its a mobile game , Coming from someone who has completed GOW chains of olympus , GOW gohst of sparta ,NFS ,dragon ball z on PPSSPP , and GOW 1, 2 ,resident evil on Demon Ps2 modded apk.

Same, now I just pick one mobile game and I play that for the rest of the year. And it’s rarely the big new cutting edge game, it’s always some small game that I can play offline during car trips or some downtime.

@@thabreez456its actually reasonable, because newer phones usually have big storage sizes (mine costs less than 200 dollars and it got 128gb) if you're using an older phone then you probably have other problems like your fps lmao

Dude talk about emulators but only retro. why not psp, ps2 emulators they runs well at potato devices and their game quality is far better than what mobile gaming is providing. And for switch, pc emulators idc coz you need phone that costs more than pc.
I didn’t mention PS2 emulators or anything like that cause the main reason I bought up emulators was of how recently IOS received them. IOS doesn’t have much in the way of More modern consoles like the PS2 (although PSP was added while I was editing). Android users have that privilege which I think most android users already know and don’t need me telling.
And yes pc emulators are cool too but we strictly talking about Mobile.
