Then it is only "other income" exceeding 8 lakhs/year will debar NCL benefit and wealth tax provision will have no impact. But in UP there format still have reference to wealth tax. Kindly clarify.

Hope , this would apply all over India. I remember when I joined the college. One healthy , good looking guy entered into my room to be my roommate. I as general category guy was thinking that this boy would be from upper class rich family. But I got shocked to know that His father is some officer in Jaipur and now this guy got admission under SC Quota. My rank was 16000 around and his rank was near to 2 lac in 2010 AIEEE exam. I shocked to know the misuse of reservation by some people in SC category. In 2018 , I am working as systems engineer in an IT company and he becomes officer under Ministry of External affairs. This system needs to be changed. Please identify rich people across categories and don't let them take advantage of bloody reservations.
Reservation will soon plunge India into a civil war. Only the well to do SC and OBCs have benefitted from this system of reservation. The result of reservation is foreign countries are not inviting Indian professionals and they r not investing in India. What's the use of reservations when you don't hv jobs

S P misuse lol . Sc st reservation is not garibi hatao policy. It is bcz 30% of indians (uppercaste jihadis) still practice untouchability
