I somewhat disagree with his analogy of systems slowing down, its actually softwares which do slow down systems if they are constantly running in the background and eats up ram and also as new softwares or OS's are coming they are designed for more hardware requirements and we think that its computer which is slowing down but in reality its the software design that requires more ram and and cpu power.

Systems dont slow down that quickly in 3 to 5 yrs..I quite disagree with that..Managed services needs a better explanation
