I have stayed in Al barari a decade ago and love that community, it had a wonderful masjid too. If Acres can be as good then certainly this would be a great project. My concern is the ROI. I was getting a rent of over 180K for my 2BHK in downtown for an investment of just 1.6M back then. Given today’s high valuation even if that apt is going for 2.5M I can buy two units for the price of one villa in acres and still get twice the rental that of acres. So please explain from an investor perspective how is a 4% rental yield comparable to other properties in Dubai that can fetch twice as much.
