Having lived in San Diego at one time, and seeing where the team is today, it seems preposterous to think the city of San Diego couldn’t have worked out something.
They will go back to SD I say give it 5 years
Edit: I have started a war zone 🙌
The -San Diego- Los Angeles “dolts” got real lucky in their few wins. The Dolts weren’t exactly ready for “big leagues” as the patriots and Ravens showed - in fact the “Dolts” got lucky that the one good team they beat, the raiders, had mysterious weather delay in an INDOOR stadium - rigged? Who knows , but it was a “fluke” game.
The “dolts” are getting found out quick and sliding into the dumps just like the “donkeys” and “queefs”. Hey, at least the bottom of the AFC has company. Lol!
@@tripp8833 No way someone who types like this wasn't born before the space race 😂😂
It’s a shame and it really hurts to see. Salt on the damn wound when they post in support of the Dodgers against the SAN DIEGO PADRES ‼️‼️
@@krazyyyklipsss6195 why do you think that ? They literally just bought a stadium
This is the Los Angeles Chargers new training facility not a new stadium. They will continue to play their home games at SoFi stadium. This replaces their current facility in Costa Mesa. They are moving some 35 miles to the northwest, Costa Mesa to El Segundo. This is way more convenient for the team as the new facility is only five miles from SoFi stadium, not the forty miles their current facility is. It, also, further connects them to Los Angeles by being so much more centrally located within the metro area than the place they are now which is more on the periphery. It moves the Chargers totally into Los Angeles County removing them from neighboring Orange County where their current facility in Costa Mesa is located. It, also, completes their move from San Diego, sending a clear message that like the Clippers before them, the Chargers will not be returning. Sorry, SD, you are just down to the Padres and the Aztecs. San Diego can’t even get an MLS team and they hand out MLS franchises like they’re candy.
I agree with everything you said except for the part about the MLS. They don’t just hand them out like that. There are a number of cities trying to get a franchise.

The Chargers name and logo was created and originated in Los Angeles with a USC L.A.Memorial Coliseum historical connection and
Tommy Walker aka”Tommy Trojan”and then owner Barron Hilton.
The Chargers name originated from the USC football games and Tommy Walker aka (Tommy Trojan) famous historical Charge chant he created
“Da Dah Dah Da“ Charge!
“Da Dah Dah Da Trojans Warriors Charge!
Tommy Walker then musician /team kicker helped inspire then owner Barron Hilton “R.I.P.” to name the Chargers football team from the famous Charge chant he created as a USC musician band member /team kicker.
When Barron Hilton attended the USC football games the previous years as a football fan at the L.A.Coliseum he would hear the Tommy Walker Charge chant.
When Tommy Walker would run out to the football field to attempt the extra point kicks as the team kicker the USC team music band would play Tommy’s Charge chant he created as the team musician and the football fans that attended the games would yell out his Charge chant
“Da Dah Dah Dah Da” Charge!
“Da Dah Dah Da “Trojan Warriors Charge!
to motivate him to score the extra point kicks.
So that’s where Barron Hilton got inspired and got the idea to name the Los Angeles Chargers football team.
The proof is in the Chargers 1960 original shield logo with the horse charging into battle.
The Charger is a horse charging into battle.
very similar to the USC Trojan Warrior with shield and sword and horse mascot charging on to the field to battle.

As a native San Diegan I have no problem them being in L.A now , Gives me a reason to visit the city. Besides its only an hour and half drive.
This pleases me very much because it means the Chargers are staying long term in Los Angeles where they were first established and not relocating out of Southern California like the Raiders and the Rams did. it's so funny reading the comments from the jealous haters! 🤣😂😆
I'm a charger fan and it's sad to see them leave for a dumpster fire of a city like LA. Lots of technicalities from both SD and the chargers during the talk for a new stadium but I get it.
Lol!

Bill Belicheat: this will be easy.
The Chargers name and logo was created and originated in Los Angeles with a USC L.A.Memorial Coliseum historical connection and

The Chargers name originated from the USC football games and Tommy Walker aka (Tommy Trojan) famous historical Charge chant he created

The proof is in the Chargers 1960 original shield logo with the horse charging into battle.
The Charger is a horse charging into battle.
very similar to the USC Trojan Warrior with shield and sword and horse mascot charging on to the field to battle.

I had to laugh at the last line: "Exciting opportunity to be a full expression of what the Chargers mean to L.A." The Chargers mean absolutely nothing to L.A. and never will. The roof sloping downhill shows the direction this franchise is going. In the history of the NFL, I have never seen an owner destroy their fan base so completely and move to a city that does not and never will want them.
The Chargers don’t mean absolutely nothing to L.A. The Chargers will continue to remain certain things to LA in the future. /

Correction they’re not even number 2. The Raiders are more popular there. I wouldn’t even say the Chargers are even 20th popular in LA they have the lease merchandise sales as well as most people that go to their home stadium is our road teams.

LA mfs couldn’t care less about sports why tf do they have 2 NFL teams move one of them to like Salt Lake City or Virginia or something Idfk
Quit Crying! They aren't leaving. Y'all are just like the "Clippers to Seattle" crowd.

Stayed loyal?… WTF? They couldn’t even show up and support the team at the stadium? How is that being loyal?
why you think they’ll prosper in SD? when the city didn’t even want them anymore
