Hey Trevor, l do drink beers in the DR often and l found that Bohemia beer is actually a better beer than Corona and Presidente. This is why tons of Canadians drink Bohemia in the DR so much.
I spend my winter in Las Terrenas. Definitely lots of rain throughout November and December. Weather is better now in January. Love it here and wish I had seen you around town
I have been in LT 6 weeks and 2 days ago rented a car and drove to PB..I walked along the beach looking for somewhere for a late lunch and guess where I ended up - Beluga…finally got to try tostones with a whole fish. Coconut ice cream for dessert - really good service. You re right about the vibe being totally different (am staying at Las Balllenas).

I just came back yesterday from Bica Chica and I was shocked it didn’t rain once in the whole week I was there. In Punta Cana it’ll randomly rain like 4-6 times in a day
