Thank you so much for this tutorial! Because of this after 11 unsuccesful attempts I finally made tearout that I liked. I followed your techniques, and the result turned out pretty good, though I have no idea why your gun bass sounds completely different from mine. I don't know how to describe it, but your gun sounds more like a "wonk" (a wub and a bonk together), while mine is just a regular "bonk". Also, mine sounds a lot more metallic. Is this perhaps an effect of disperser or something? I don't have disperser, so I can't confirm.
