Mission: The Covenant
You'll come to a section where you enter a Hornet, and are asked to destroy two scarabs. Destroy the scarabs but do not exit your hornet. From this location, you will want to fly up the spire and land high up on the left hand side on a metal beam. Once on the beam, you'll have to walk up the ramp to the very end of the beam. Here you will hear the music begin to play, and the achievement will unlock.

OH THAT’S WHAT IT IS! I have been looking for this song for so long, and I knew it sounded familiar! I knew that there was a music cue in Halo 3 that actually snuck its way into Destiny. Back in the olden days of Destiny, before The Taken King, if you went to the Tower Hangar and go to the lounge area downstairs and play the music, this song used to play, but it doesn’t do that anymore.

Any difficulty, Rally Point Charlie, turn on Acrophobia Skull and just fly to the location he landed on. You don't even have to kill the Scarabs or get in the Hornet!

the cinnamon cigar is cool as fuck with the smoke in there with it
now all it needs is to be presented under some soft blue and white lights and/or with maybe a hint of deeper sunset orange in there somewhere (to reference the cover of Halo 3's game case) on a little coaster that's made to look like a ring or even better the ark
while playing the song Tribute from the ending of the game, warthog run from right after the Johnson dies, or Dirge of Madrigal (the secret song in the level The Covenant)

this song is also in halo reach in the mission "New Alexandria"and there is another song called "Never Surrender try it you when you have to go to club errera do NOT enter club errera or you cannot do the easter egg what you have to do is go fly back near the hospital there should be a building where there is a place that you can land the falcon and in front of you is a switch activate it and the song "Never Surrender" should be playn gon club errera now to change the song go fly to the top of club errera and land your falcon you should see a switch near the stairs activate it and when You enter the building the song "Siege of Madrigal" should be playng(Tip: do not kill the enemies dancing or the song will stop playng)
