Who according to you makes better 1/200 scale models - Gemini, Inflight or JC Wings ?
It varies for each aircraft mould, but in general all 3 manufacturers have great quality models.

Couldn’t agree more! The first time I saw it in person I had goosebumps 😍
I flew on this Concorde in 1991 when it was painted in the Landor scheme. Had Gemini released this model in that livery, as they did with the Harrods 1/400, I would have had to have purchased it, luckily they didn't, lol. I used to collect these models, both 1/400 and 1/200, but I got sick and tired of paying the high prices and then receiving models that usually had some sort of defect that you had to try and rectify yourself. Call me picky, your delicate model might be ok now (until you touch it wrong, which I did many times), but the state of that box is horrendous, so another fail, and you're pretty much stuck with something that you paid a lot of money for, but isn't perfect. Online only and sold out.
Those are my thoughts, but please enjoy your hobby. I didn't, lol.
Yes! Models are only getting costlier so I agree with you. The box being slightly damaged doesn’t bother me much; so it’s okay.
As per models getting damaged over time, good care has to be taken, and yet at the end of the day, real planes age with time and aren’t perfect, so it’s unreasonable to expect the same with models that are 200 times smaller 😜
