So charges were not brought against Danny as reasonable force was used. Danny and fox were both sued and both settled with FairPlay, Danny’s settlement included cash and mandatory co appearances to be made with FairPlay. Pretty ridiculous a judge decided he had to make appearances together

Danny and the shows production company paid Fairplay out of court in a civil suit because it was cheaper than paying lawyers… which Fairplay knew… which is why he sued.

Howard Robin anf the Bloated lawyer are idiots. If you see the video it was clear the guy was fooling around and that bonaduce could see exactly what was going on. Fairplay did not run at bonaduce hard at all and it was almost as if he was jumping into his arms and letting him know he was doing it. Bonaduce was being the badass he thought he was and intentionally threw him over his own head and the way he did it was negligient as hell because it was reasonably likely to cause serious injury. Any lawyer who actually saw the video would agree. Fatso did not and neither did the correction officer. Howard is just a wuss who is scared of being touched and robin just agrees with him but they are both dead wrong. I guarantee you if this guy was injured he got paid from Bonaduce and likely the show. What a ridiculous argument. Fred and Artie were absolutely right. Bonaduces response was totally unreasonable.
