I feel like in the end Loid, Anya and Yor are going to stay together and become a real family. Instead of Loid completing his mission and leaving them.
I have a feeling that Loid is going to abandon his mission for Anya's sake and Yor is going to be tasked to assassinate him by the Garden as he's gone rogue. That's probably how they'll find out about each others secret personality.
