Normally we don't explain the tracks, but we can explain the video as we had a big hand in conceiving it. In China, there's a term called "拜金“ which means worshipping gold. It's basically another way of saying greed, but greed in a very specific lustful way. Where you are consumed by wanting more materialistic things that it becomes your spirituality. The video is suppose to convey luxury and fashion, but there's something ceaselessly tacky about everything. And the whole room full of people literally consuming like we assume that consumption is suppose to make everything golden and beautiful. We take drugs to feel better, we wear expensive clothes, show our bodies, long for parties with rich and famous people, and we kneel at the shrine of consumerism etc. all personified in this "crazy rich asian" like atmosphere. Our actor is living an endless cycle of this life, but in each rendition there is not much new accept the fear of being rejected and the pleasure of consuming a little more. But the truth is, the consumption is ugly and we are puking gold because it's poison. It corrupts our soul and takes away our humanity, until in the very end we become just a part of the poison we consume. It's an anti-Kardashian video haha!

I feel like an idiot because I was a fan of Ziyo absolutely ages ago when I lived in China and have somehow only just discovered Nova Heart. My new favourite band. Can't stop listening to this track and Lackluster No. New material would be amazing.
Even if this channel is abandoned, when i tried searching for the band i found an upload from the youtube topic channel that is from 8 months ago, is it really the same band?, And is it really from that time or after this one?, Im so confused and also kinda sad the band just seemed to disappear
