Beef Brisket Cooked in Soy, Wild Garlic and Pine Cone Syrup

I used beef brisket in this recipe as it suits the slow cooking process and you get the ultimate pull from it 👌🏻😆 🥩 🌿
My intention with this one was to share how I use wild ingredients in my day to day cooking! 🍃 🍽️
Recipe: serves 6-8 people
1.8kg beef brisket unrolled 🥩
Wild garlic salt
180g soy sauce
180g wild garlic vinegar
150g pine cone syrup or dark brown sugar
180g water
Thumb sized piece of ginger, sliced 🫚
2 tbsp fermented wild garlic, chopped 🌿
2 tbsp wild garlic pickled in soy sauce
1tsp chilli flakes 🌶️
To serve:
Roasted peanuts 🥜
Coriander 🌿
Pickled magnolia petals 🌺
