another worrying aspect of this is I have noticed on a few occasions that the Government are referring to last years census data in relation to housing - they didn't ask all those questions about occupancy for nothing - they have already targetted elderly residents in an area offering to convert their homes into 2 living areas - So I think it's vitally important that we organise and contact our TDs about the Right to Housing bill....!
They are after the old age pensioners who live on their own and if they agree to letting a person into their home and that person is still there after 6 months they have a right to the deeds of your house. And can take your house off you and kick you out and probably sell it then and pocket the money. I never thought I'd see the day thst Irish peoplè especially our elderly, treated like 3rd class citizens. Ukrainians who are in hotels and other places who are getting everything free are now looking for the fuel allowance and they will get it because the government wont say no to them. I know plenty of people who have had to fight myself included for every thing we have. I am awaiting an operation here & they tell me Irelands no good, too expensive & a long waiting list & that I should go to Ukraine myself. A few tell me they wont return, this is their home now! When I ask how can they afford this they just smile. When I say but no direct flights, they tell me they fly to Poland then get a bus to Kiev.. I paid 260 for a scan 2wks ago. A Ukranian man got a free scan in same hospital a week later. And theyre able to get a gp appointment really fast when I may wait 3 or 4 days for one I pay for! Its all economic migrants . Too much money being handed out .

Up until a few months ago I still had hope and whenever I heard anyone say what you have said, my reply was it’s never too late. I then spent a few months in Ireland over the summer and realised just how bad it has become and not only that - many I spoke to; either hadn’t noticed!, or had no problem with it. My heart sunk. I live west Donegal in a rural area around 2 miles from the local village - I don't spend a lot of time in the town but every time I am there I am hearing that a lot of the people in the village are now living in fear because of those who have been trafficked in - a local park run where many used to go for a walk or jog has groups of men hanging around - walking into peoples houses uninvited - a very angry row in the town post office last thursday - the town has been changed and people are not happy...! No that is a totally different situation. The Irish went to former ex British colonies, and even though they were not treated well in the beginning, because of the similar religion and ethnic origin well white European, were able to integrate and thrive. Its not personal, Ireland is a small country not a large country like the US and Australia. Sweden and France has proved that mass immigration from different continents with different religion and cultural traditions don't work and cause friction. In regards to demographics, the majority of each country should be its own native citizens. I accept and appreciate that immigration has happened in Ireland in the last 25 years but it has reached a maximum level. Its creates resentment and loss among the native people and only makes division worse. Also having spoken to Muslim women I know, Muslim women want the freedom and opportunity of the west and feel that they have a better life in this part of the world. Many drink and live their own life, but behind closed doors, for not wanting to offend their families and culture. If people come to Ireland and Europe they must support secular views and freedom and opportunity for men and women alike. They can't have their cake and eat it too. Also our legal system is too soft on illegal immigration and our social welfare services are too accommodating, which is driving more migrants to come to Ireland. The country is being destroyed, signing a petition and attending a local meeting isn’t enough. Hundreds of thousands of people should March to the Dáil Éireann. If thousands can attend a GAA match or attend water charge protests, they can march for this which is much more important.

This is happening everywhere in Ireland, what are the government doing to the country.,
I live west Donegal in a rural area around 2 miles from the local village - I don't spend a lot of time in the town but every time I am there I am hearing that a lot of the people in the village are now living in fear because of those who have been trafficked in - a local park run where many used to go for a walk or jog has groups of men hanging around - walking into peoples houses uninvited - a very angry row in the town post office last thursday - the town has been changed and people are not happy...!
Never mind - the Taoiseach has said - "Ireland is at capacity" - not "Full" mind you - "at capacity....!" - which I would read as saying - if they increase "capacity" they will so they can keep them coming...!

No that is a totally different situation. The Irish went to former ex British colonies, and even though they were not treated well in the beginning, because of the similar religion and ethnic origin well white European, were able to integrate and thrive. Its not personal, Ireland is a small country not a large country like the US and Australia. Sweden and France has proved that mass immigration from different continents with different religion and cultural traditions don't work and cause friction. In regards to demographics, the majority of each country should be its own native citizens. I accept and appreciate that immigration has happened in Ireland in the last 25 years but it has reached a maximum level. Its creates resentment and loss among the native people and only makes division worse. Also having spoken to Muslim women I know, Muslim women want the freedom and opportunity of the west and feel that they have a better life in this part of the world. Many drink and live their own life, but behind closed doors, for not wanting to offend their families and culture. If people come to Ireland and Europe they must support secular views and freedom and opportunity for men and women alike. They can't have their cake and eat it too. Also our legal system is too soft on illegal immigration and our social welfare services are too accommodating, which is driving more migrants to come to Ireland.
