It's supposed to be Oneida Crescent. Another thing, this location will eventually be near Richmond Hill Centre TTC, meaning the subway will come to Richmond Hill in the coming years.

If the den area is that little indent in the wall by the front door, they are lying about the "den." Rest of condo is nice.
