Nice Sarah! I liked your video. Understanding ourselves and accepting who you are is the base of a happy and healthy life, I believe. Happy for you Sarah cheers up!
This is amazing Sara! Thank you for posting the entire video, no edits, no corrections. There is a shortage of authenticity in this world. Thank you for bringing it back. I will totally be watching ALL of the videos you post, no matter what they are about. I LOVE YOU!!!
Wow, cool that youve got a channel! I think everyone in life will experience low points and high points which you could describe simply by labelling these differences such as introspective hours usually like a psyche gear shift where you ping pong thoughts internally, the other example might be after you've been extroverted in society and pinging off positive reaffirmations in real time as you pick up the 'mo'. I had to morn the loss of friends at Uni and kind of felt that I'd lost that experience as I went into a type of isolation that was mentally paralysing until I could learn to be a bit more of a professional. However that was also fraught with knock backs. I think the human mind needs to be able to: 1/ think for itself, 2/ think with relationships, 3/ think within small groups, 4/ think with society, all of which need processed. Just a thought.
Thank you for posting this! It was seriously such a lovely bright spot in my day. ❤️☺️
