Thursday Night Therapy was something I looked forward to because I simply like your music and style but looking back I realize it actually was therapy for me. So thanks for doing these. Between you and Richard M, the 3 minutes to an hour of just being focused on the music was huge.

I wonder if all these amazing heartfelt songs are based in Matt's real life experiences. They sure sound like my life.
my favourite VH song. It's interesting Matt. I feel I've heard you suggest that the Go album maybe was substandard. Maybe the record company didn't think this was any good but this was seriously a great record start to finish. I"m bugged when artists pour their heart into a project that was reflective of their view in life at the time and look back on it with anything but reverence. Wear this record proud on your sleeve Matt Scannell. It was and still is great.
