It seems they wanted you to run the lights "wireless Controller" somewhere in the center of the vehicle like the center console and run the wires through the floor that way the wires have more length possibly idk you did a good job bro I hate after market crap!!
The box with the barcode is supposed to be inside the vehicle .it will also take on water trust me ... So it can hear the music play and blink with the beat , also the range from the box to the remote is not great . So you will probably have to change adjust and turn on with the remote . They are bright as hell though good job buddy 👍
For the ground wire, you didn’t wire it to the battery terminal right? Just a bolt on the jeep? I’m a newbie who is going to do this. Thanks for any input!😊
Mice and stuff like that don't like the smell of mint. If you look at the active ingredients on the spray bottle it's active is some kind of mint oil. I know some friends in AZ that had rodent issues and they found a product by Victor called sent away and they are little mesh bags of dried mint. They had great success with it and they replaced the bags every few months.

You don't have to have the Jeep running for the lights to work .you hooked it to the battery . looks great 👍🇨🇦
