Such a proud moment for Junaid bahi when Faisal bahi said he love his show and wanted to come over! As a big fan myself of strings if faisal bahi or bilal bahi say this to me i would have been speeachless
Not only can this person's music be listened to for hours but this person can also be listened to for hours while speaking. Very well spoken, a mesmerizing musician and a brilliant personality. Pure love!
Strings was one of the favorite childhood band of 90s squad. Na jaane kyun, Dhani, yeh hai meri kahaani , yahan koi aane wala hai and many more. Thanks to faisal Kapadia for his magnificent vocals and plus strings for that beautiful Era.
The funny thing is when Faisal asked Junaid about his journey. I mean if you are seeing a huge celebrity in your life that you really admire and you suddenly realise that the person you are looking forward to your whole life wants to know about you and is following you, is THE VALIDATION you need in your life that you are doing amazing things.
Purani yaadein taaza kar din. Mujhe to Bilal ke father Anwar Muqsood sahab ki comedy, sattire bhi utna hi pasand hai... re-lived the moments...thank you.. listened all day duur, Sir kiye pahad...Bilal Faizal aapki dosti aur aapke itni khoobsurat collaborations aur creations ke liye thanks... love and respect from India...
Faisal Kapadia what a man what a journey ❤ listening to this podcast was nothing more then a nostalgia. Such a positive energy he has looking forward to his solo jouney wish him all the love and success 🙌
the closing note from Faisal bhai was just phenomenal! "apni amma ko I love you zarur kaha karyn, they deserve it" What a man, what a legend! No doubt Allah has blessed him so much ❤
eeven though i belong to genz but i still listen to his songs everyday. im a huge strings fan. i did my first stage performance on their song "ma to dekhonga" still one of my favourite strings songs, in 2011, when i was 4 years old. love faisal from the core of my heart
I had to pause and share this feeling...faisal kapadia is so so humble. He asked Junaid about his journey and heard it with full interest and attention. Who does that today! Wow. He is such a good listener. Faisal used all the appropriate words while speaking and maintained a very charming aura. Amazing personality.
I still remember watching strings on MTV. and i still remember Nonie on MTV. String made us proud when they show them on MTV. I recorded their song on VHS , so i can keep watching and share with my cousins and friends.
Faisal Kapadia's real jadu is his perennial youthful looks. He doesn't seem to age. Faisal can easily pass for a thirty year old young man. Now that is magic. Good for him!!!
a bit slow for me some places since i was born in 1991. but i wonder that ma sha Allah junaid bhai your podcasts are so sensible having the best people. i can easily say i have seen each of them complete and my favorite until now is deepak parwani. it was very candid
Junaid, so enjoyed this interview with Faisal Kapadia and earlier with Bilal Maqsood!! Thanks so very much! Strings has been one of favourite bands, their music and Coke Studio productions have always been magical ... Jaadu then, Jaadu now! Lots of love and best wishes to Faisal and Bilal from India 💚
After Bilal Maqsood's Podcast I eagerly waited for Faisal Kapadia's Podcast seriously man always watching both of my rockstars and listening to their journeys and the challenges they faced in their lives give me motivation and give me hope and never lets me back down we have no words they're legends of legends we feels proud as a fan of strings we have those magicians in our music industry and now Our Rockstar Faisal Officially Started New Journey With Jaadu I enjoyed it a lot and we always love them and respect them as we did in past as strings now as a solo artist we always loves you both keep rocking and never stop singing please because You both are the reason of our happiness and that's why we every day wake up happily and lives happily just because of your music #stringsforever
Wow! Congrats Junaid bhai, being a fan to hosting the star is hard to explain feeling, must be. I'm a huge fan of Faisal Bhai and since you started doing these high-profile interviews, Faisal Bhai was the only one I wanted to be on this show.
As a 90s kid growing up in Karachi, I can relate so well to everything you guys discussed. Strings was one my top favorite musical acts and probably my most favorite band. I remember buying Dhaani and listening to the album so much on my mini casette player that i knew the entire album by heart from cover to cover. Faisal and Bilal came across as really sorted, cultured and decent guys just doing great music without any flashy antics. When Strings disbanded, I literally cried because it was like the last part of my teenage and childhood was ending. Its great to know Faisal is coming up with new music. All the best to him and Bilal on their individual journeys
This is back in 1980 when I was in college, we would bunk college and hang out in Juhu beach, saw Sunju & his father Sunil Dutt on horses, riding on the beach. Very down to earth people.
Coming from the same era and age I can really relate to Faisal; especially at the end of the podcast when he advised youth to literally tell their mothers that they should utter every day those words,"I love you mum"..Same advice I always give to my youngsters.😍
Two MASSIVE takes for all. From the opening, he kept returning his success to Allah. He probably said it more than 90% of the guests. Second, the ending note where he had one message to deliver and he tells us to Love our mothers. And that, fellows, is why he's a phenomenon.
Mere Childhood Hero❤❤ Faisal Sir Bilal Maqsood Sir __ Jab bhi Mood Off hota hai Strings ke Gaane Sunta hu _ Sunne ke Baad Relaxed Fill Karta hu..❤❤ Love From 🇮🇳
I was so looking forward to this podcast since Bilal came to the show. Amazing one. The time passed so quickly and Faisal has such a great personality.
37:09 I really wanna mention that Koi ana walay ha video was a great video far ahead from its time.. even they gave John the look of Tom Ellis from Netflix series Lucifer from 2016.. They did it in 2008 😮😮
excellent interview, nostalgic feeling listening to Faisal ; great fan of strings...such a humble personality, Junaid saheb Sanjay dutt se interview organize kareen it will be a great podcast. great work keep it up
Love the interview. so nostalgic ...i am from that era when Strings started their band had loads of cassettes of them...I wasn't expecting this interview to be so incredible and amazing...i was hooked up for the whole time...Junaid bhai you did a brilliant job...May Allah bless you both...AMEEN...❤❤❤❤❤💕💗😘😘😘😉😉😉
They do break up. They started as 4 and end up as 2. Rafique wazir Ali and Bahir bhoy were other two members. Faisal is very pleasant personality. I always see him smiling. God bless him.
great... brilliant... thank you Junaid Bhai for bringing Faisal bhai on your show... excellent... I remember myself 9 years old a music fan having FM radio and listening Strings Music... and SarKiyayYePahar and DUUR
It's difficult to have a decent conversation with the person you admired in your teenage, Junaid Bhai did a great job mashallah. Very amazed to listen the story of Faisal Kapadia who is favorite of Junaid Akram and Junaid Bhai is favorite of mine. So yeah indirectly we relate to Faisal Kapadia as well, I can't explain this, leave
People are not able to distinguish between podcast and interviews.Podcast are supposed to be a conversation (both parties are talking and telling their opinion and stories) and henceforth the conversation moves on ; Whereas, interviews are about one-way flow.I liked when Faisal asked junaid about his life too, which gave the podcast vibes, two mature people were talking in a smooth tone and it was nostalgia,it was sort of an asmr, one can sleep to this podcast while listening.
Yaar sunay main Kitna acha lagta hay k kabhi India aur Pak sath main kaam kertay thay.. I believe if we solve our issues and join in major industries, this region will be next and better Europe... hope one day❤
Hi from India ......would like to share that Strings concert at IIT Kgp - Springfest 2022 i guess ... was the best time i had in my growing time ...loved the night and cellphone light which came up at the end ..it was magical .thanks for lovely memories ..
I see some comments enquiring about whether Faisal and Dimple Kapadia are related. Kapadia is a merchant caste that traditionally consisted of clothes traders (their name comes from the root word “Kapda”). They are spread across a wide geography in India and Pakistan so it’s doubtful that Dimple and Faisal are necessarily related. I had a classmate with the surname Kapadia and she was related to neither Faisal nor Dimple 😂
I think Faisal bhai wanted to do more about u in detail. but u also have limited time and u want to ask your questions. I think junaid bhai u should tell us in detail about yourself completely or maybe if u have just give us a link for that video. enjoyed the whole Podcast 👍
Pure love!
Yar Faisal Kapadia is my all time favorite. He is our childhood singer and still younger than us. 😮😊❤
i had to pause video 37:49 and listen to "Koi aney wala ha" i cant resist the old temptation and nostalgia!
Same
Strings was one of the favorite childhood band of 90s squad. Na jaane kyun, Dhani, yeh hai meri kahaani , yahan koi aane wala hai and many more. Thanks to faisal Kapadia for his magnificent vocals and plus strings for that beautiful Era.

There is so much respect and love for Faisal and Bilal. It can clearly see how they were raised, and their values are incredible. ❤❤

It was amazing to see Strings, who came to Patna in 2011 to perform in my alma mater BIT Patna, Bihar, India
the closing note from Faisal bhai was just phenomenal! "apni amma ko I love you zarur kaha karyn, they deserve it" What a man, what a legend! No doubt Allah has blessed him so much ❤
10 years old listening to Durr Album on loop. This is the magic they created back then. Strings irreplaceable
eeven though i belong to genz but i still listen to his songs everyday. im a huge strings fan. i did my first stage performance on their song "ma to dekhonga" still one of my favourite strings songs, in 2011, when i was 4 years old. love faisal from the core of my heart
@13:04 Can't believe I am actually watching this from Kowloon, Hong Kong.
I had to pause and share this feeling...faisal kapadia is so so humble. He asked Junaid about his journey and heard it with full interest and attention. Who does that today! Wow. I still remember watching strings on MTV. and i still remember Nonie on MTV. String made us proud when they show them on MTV. I recorded their song on VHS , so i can keep watching and share with my cousins and friends.
Let's manifest a collab where Faisal Kapadia gets to sing with U2. And, Bilal enters with a surprise guitar solo in the end.

They should also talk about Strings last album THIRTY. IT was good.
