Mentiste al principio del video, mencionaste que la casa es grande (la cual es verdad)...PERO, sobre el precio es mentira, porque el precio es pequeño para todo lo que esta casa es, porque esta muy al alcance. Muy buena presentacion.
Hahaha totalmente de acuerdo, es una zona que en poco tiempo puede adquirir un gran valor, actualmente se encuentran construyendo una nueva universidad a solo unas esquinas. Si colocan en Google map, Residencial las palmas, la romana, podrán ver todos los puntos de interes que se encuentran cerca de esta propiedad.
this house is located in Las Palmas, La Romana. In la romana we have the beach of caleta, it is not my favorite, but it is about 8 minutes from here. However this house is about 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of bayahibe (car distance).
Greetings! I agree with you that it should have more space outside, even so it is not that it does not have, just that day I did not show it in the video very clear because they were remodeling, it has a space in the back that can be well used, not as big as the house but it has. You can have a beautiful garden if you want.
