This article states that "The presence or movements of the civilian population or individual civilians shall not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations, in particular in attempts to shield military objectives from attacks or to shield, favour or impede military operations."
Additionally, Article 28 of the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 also addresses the protection of civilians in times of armed conflict, stating that "The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations."

They are thinking that they are not gonna pay for this but indeed Allah is never forgetful of what the wrongdoers do, he is all hearing, may he punish these arrogant people.

It literally makes no sense that if they think Palestinian fighters are using human shields (implying that they have absolute disregard over Palestinian lives) and yet they use an injured Palestinian man as a shield, like, if what you thought was true, it doesn't even make sense to use the injured man as a shield because then the Palestinian fighters won't even care about him.

The answer is simple. Unlike the IOF, the Palestinian Freedom Fighters are a human.
I mean.. The whole accusation never really shown them in a good light really. Which also makes the people who agree with them equally ridiculous tbh.
So, ok, let's entertain them for a bit. Even IF the human shield accusation is true, then how does that justify the indiscriminate killing of tens of thousands of those civilian human shields? At that point, gotta say the IDF is either very incompetent at carrying their surgical strikes or have a complete disregard for Palestinian civilians. By their actions, one would think they're actually more than happy to have human shield on the other side so they can just blast at them willy nilly, thinking its making their job at ethnic cleansing much easier.
One day, I'd like to see them being at war with their current allies. See them spitting the same ol bull against them & see how their former allies would react then. What they're doing to Palestine will not fly anywhere else.
Every accusation they've made turned out to a confession. Rape? Human shield? Targeting civilians? Named it they've done it. They what about beheaded baby? Putting baby in the oven? I hope this one is not happening.
