Direct Entry JCOs Cadre. Presently most of Group ‘A’ Central Civil Services as
well as All India Services have feeder/ support services in the form of Group B cadres. It is functionally essential that Direct Entry JCOs cadre is introduced in the Indian Army as feeder/ support cadre for Commissioned Officers Cadre. DE JCOs Cadre will facilitate making up of existing deficiency of Officers up to the rank of Lt Col, thereby providing a permanent solution to the problem of shortage of officers the in Indian Army. It will also help resolve many of the HR issues resulting from the pyramidal structure.

What are the different criteria for selecting in between a Commissioned Officer & a Direct Entry JCO, carrying out under the same exam through NDA & CDS merit basis. Please clear my doubt ?, if he comes in merit upto Class A vacancy? will he get the opportunity for selecting him a YO (Young Offr, ie Lt)? Will the subsequence, further merit of remaining eligible qualifiers is carried out for further selection of required 30℅ Assistant Nb Subedars upto the required vacancies?

Sir, ACC entry will be submerged in DE JCOs. Does it mean that regular ACC entry will be non fictional?. ACC entry will only be for commissioning of DE JCOS ?

Very good. This is also one of the LEATHER COIN. ( SHAMADI KI CHIAKKA ) by Indian officers. My question number 01 .What about ACC Commission?. It will close for ever ?
No 02. Now what is problems with direct entry ?
No 03. What is use of SL, RC Commission ? Now how the SL , RC commissions are using in many units every one knows.
This is one type of dictatorship of the officers. What ever they want they can do ( they are doing ). For example, in US Defence the unit commander is LT COL, BRIG COMMANDER IS COL ONLY. There is no separate officers mess, no separate living accommodation for officers and ORs ,JCOS no separate rations . All officers and OR sitting in same mess, same table.
But in Indian defence the officers have thoughts like Britesh officerss. We ORs and JCOs are slaves like before freedom. The officers are fixing their pay and allowances as they like in pay commission. Too too much ,difference , variation between officers and ORs and JCOS. Once upon a time there was a proposal to ablosh the JCO rank after our independence. The ORs always remains as OR only . This is their KISMATH. this is my opinion.
