Officers - in 2 years Capt, 6 - Major, 13 - Lt Col, 26 - Col. This types promotees are reason for all trouble to country & citizen(tax payers). Remove all type of reservation & non competitiveness.

Sir, such schemes are very painfull when such schemes are failed & abolished after long years of service. No benefit in OROP because serving cadre is not available to compare max. & min. pay drawn.

भाई सहाब ये बहुत ही घटिया sceam है जब candidate की qualification 12th पास hai, Exam NDA लेवल का देना है SSB देना ही है सारा QR ऑफिसर वाला ले रहे है तो उसको ऑफिसर क्यों ना बना दिया जाए l ACC aur RCO commission को क्यो JCO cader दिया जा रहा है सारे जवान इतना मेहनत करते है ऑफिसर बनने के लिए, ये तो गलत है , ऑफिसर ki vacancy ये लोग खुद deficiency रखते है ताकि ऑफिसर को सारी सहूलियत मिल सके, डायरेक्ट JCO cadre आने से जो promotion se JCO बनते hai उनके रैंक and स्टैटस पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा, जिसने भी यह स्कीम बनाई बहुत ही सोच समझ कर JCO, OR ko harassment करने ke लिए बनाई है.
