yes its so, and motion is not. Maybe for gear belt different solution is better. Nevertheless it is ok for learning some features for drum belt mechanism. thank you
When I define the mates in Assembely gear number 1 does not move at all and when I fix shaft #2 like 2 I get an error that it says over defined mates! I have to delete a mate and gear one still will not move.

You go like we do this then this. You don't seem to explain why exactly. You expect people to understand as you go but that is not good tutorial concept just saying
At last part of video, why are you showing on only one gear? If you show whole assy at finishing stage, that CHEATING TRICK explore......Because that gearmate is the not right one...👎👎👎👎

both gears are not sincronized with the belt. I Think the better option is create a belt part an then positionate it with MATE.

How do you do this if you have different size gears? I am able to get it to follow one of the gears but not the other.
