Madden is already bad with regression, you probably shouldn't amplify it bro but other than that you made awesome moves lbs like you gotta debut this team ASAP. Hilliard might be a low overall but you can give him snaps and I bet he make plays and that Rollins pick was insane lbs your passing game is about to be insane because Archibald is a Day 1 starter

I'm new to madden and I am seeking for tips and tricks.
What is the best way to develop prospects? I usually give my 6 prospects their weekly training and upgrade their traits according to the scheme, but is there a better/more effective way to do so?
If I draft a mlb prospect with hidden development, but I already have an 88 starter what do I do with that prospect? Should I just put him as backup and give him the weekly training or should I assign him to my practice squad?

Best way to develop players is to get them playing time. You're doing right by giving them the extra weekly xp in training.
As for what to upgrade it depends on position. Some things I have noticed are you want to do deep threat and playmaker for WR, slot for CB, hybrid for FS and SS. Those give much better upgrades for your skill points.
As for your MLB prospect you could always move them to LOLB or ROLB to get them some kind of playing time or even move him to SS if the speed and accel is 88+ and he'll be a beast
Also use realistic sliders for gameplay dev fatigue etc all that matter so your back up rb wr cb te can develop in get playing time xp etc
C4 for the love of all things Madden, STOP WASTING TIME LOOKING FOR QB GURU. The actual OP move is to look for vertical passing as a skill tree with Offensive Lineman Guru. Vertical Passing has the same boosts as QB guru plus you get to boost your oline.

Finally got caught up on all your videos for this. My favorite pick is the run blocking TE and you helped me out. I’ve got my eye on a mid round TE similar to him and he is a lot more athletic so now I’m definitely going to draft him now
