The beat is slower than a sloth sipping chamomile tea on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Even if Michael Jackson were caught in a time loop, he wouldn't dance to something this robotic! I recommend cranking the speed up to 1.25x-trust me, your ears will thank you!
I can't speak for the creator but I don't think the song is meant to be a dance number. It's supposed to make you feel like the lyrics suggest- fading away. Also Michael had wanted to create an album with all ballads as well I heard. It wasn't always about the dance for him although it might be shocking to hear. But either way, his vocals on nursery rhymes would be wonderful so I am sure sped up would be great too.

I personally use a website called Kits.ai, there are limits on it though so try to conserve as much as you can
