I actually made the previous comment before reaching the end of the video. There IS an actual filtration system other than the one inside the pump. I don't quite understand your comment @pondripple
it's a great video if you know nothing about keeping fish if you know anything about keeping fish you realise they just sentenced those poor fish to a short life because the tank was not cycled properly before adding fish meaning they nitrogen cycle will claim at least half if not more of those fish before the tank is fully cycled
@@rayzimmermin please share more on how to cycle the tank. I like his tank designs and I am planning to build one. But, maybe you are right about what is lacking in this video. Please enlighten us. Thanks.

Very nice. Good use of styrofoam. Instead of throwing it away, why not make it into a tank. That way you can help in recycling and have a wonderful decoration in your house. Nice.
@@antoniomargallo5317 Sure needs a insert, this foam idea could be a solution for the inside. or a aquarium save coating if that is existing. i did saw aquarium kit and glue.

Great work, but one thing should be change tho. The water flow is too strong for guppy fish. Anyway, this is still much better than similar videos I have seen, they put big koi fish in which is a big nope.

I had the idea to make my aquarium out of a old jerrycan, this video gave me alot of ideas/inspiration.
Metals or chemicals are a big no-no in aquascaping. You don't want your living painting to collapse in a few days.
