Can you revive the art of covering metal coat hangers with cloth? (That is if there is still such a thing as metal coat hangers). I think it's a macrame knot. We learned this in grade school in the 70s but I've forgotten how.
Although I have never worked with metal coat hangers before but I would consider doing it sometime. And I have learned these macrame knots recently, loved it and started working with it. So, for now, macrame is all I know.😅😊

Hey, thanks☺️ Usually for ending or fixing the knotted design in place, the end of the remaining cords are melted with the help of lighter and then are sticked together or at the back of the design. You may see this process done in my other videos(tutorials). If you still find any problem, then please let me know. I will try my best to help you out☺️

Hey, thanks a lot for appreciation😊😊. As you mentioned, you want that screen to be soft & delicate than you may the 'malai' macrame cords, you may find these at any art & craft shops. The one I used in this video are the nylon ones. Using these may cause it to a little tough & tight as well. So i would suggest you to go for the malai ones. And the no. of bundles used, would totally depend on the design you choose to make.😊

Depends on the project you're working on, and the pattern you've chosen to make. Eventually you'll get a hold onto the measurements as you progress.

Mostly it's lark's knot, but it can be started with square knots too. It solely depends on what pattern or craft you've decided to make.😊
