Having a safe house to live in is probably the dream of people in difficult circumstances. And certainly this is also Father's dream. Today I had an appointment with a neighbor family near Mr. Cha's house to survey the site to build a house for Mr. Cha. This is the second place I went to survey. The terrain seems much flatter, but also quite far from residential areas. Therefore, I worry about Mr. Cha when he gets old. I'm quite confused! Please watch the video and please give me advice... For Mr Phay, Kieu has bought the land ? This, beside the extra expenses, caused her problems. Furthermore, I doubt that the sale of the land being finalized as it appears to me as unlawfull as it is in a agricultural zone.

These are the people who already watch out for Mr. Cha so that is good. He seems happy being with everyone and the view of the mountains. He made himself a large meal even though it may not be tasty to everyone it is good to see him use many dishes even though he is living alone. I like chicken broth with ginger and than top it with green onions after cooking and sometimes add egg .. many people do not like it. Ginger seems to be a good tonic.

I suggested something similar a few months ago. A large Block with 3 houses, they can be there and support each other, and have company. Have a Central Garden Area.

Ton potager est très vert et remplis :) il me semble que le nouveau terrain pour M. Cha soit aussi loin du village, mais il aura des voisins (ceux qui lui laisse le terrain gratuitement) pas trop loin, ce qui pourrait lui procurer une certaine sécurité. Le terrain ne semble pas trop difficile pour construire et il aura de la place pour un petit potager. :)

That wouldn't be common here, so I can't judge how people live there. Maybe there is an opportunity to find a place a little closer to a larger street - just because of the transport routes. He shines when he's there. Doesn't matter how difficult the home is to live at. If someone loves their home, no matter what problems there are, it's called home to them.

I would build it out of wood though to make it cheaper. It will last as long as you protect the wood like you will at your parents house.

This may sound silly, but you really need help on your farm. It is falling into decay and the weeds are overtaking the land again. I can not see how you can thrive let alone survive leaving it in it's current condition. I'm honestly not trying to sound mean or heartless when typing this. None the less it is true. Why not give that poor man purpose and build him a small home on your land. That way he can feel useful by earning his keep and helping out. He can still weed, feed the animals when you're busy and collect the ripe fruits and vegetables still grown on your farm. Just a thought, and might not be possible. But you need help and he needs a home.
Hi. From your previous video, you have bought a piece of land to build a house for Mr Phay. Why dont just build another wooden house for Mr Cha on that land. You already tapped water source into that area, so just do a simple plumbing to connect to 1 extra house. Mr Phay can be his friend and help him when sick

No, My understanding Lieu is buying a piece of land for this house, and I suspect
ownership will remain lieu's after Mr Cha passes on. Same as Mr Phay and the old lady. All possibly within 10 years. Never a younger person or kids even without a roof over their heads.

the location seems much better, but it is distant from medical help should he need it. Closer to town would make the cost much higher for his house. It would be better if he were closer to family. Looking at him his health could be an issue. He is not eating well and appears not to go out and forage for additional foods.
