Utk memuliakan tenaga mu..klu merasakan pusing lebih baik beristirahatlah.. Memuliakan tenaga yg terkuras.. Apalagi di dampingi anak masih kecil sambil kerja..konsentrasi akan terbagi dua.. Dalam perkerjaan dan anak.. Klu bisa beristirahat secukupnya..kesehatan paling penting
