this vid QUALITY IS UNBELIEVABLE...Any chance you are heading to Chicago, ONtario, Miami, Charlotte, Philly, Dc, Boston, Orlando, Arlington and then Louisville?
John's vocal hooks in Heavy Wing are so simple, but something about them makes them super impactful. Conviction I guess? Idk, it just feels so good to hear John belting some of those notes, triumphant vibes.

While everyone loves john, and I get it, I bet you anything the band would collapse without Flea-- they've demonstrated that the show goes on without john, but I bet you without flea it just wouldn't be the same.
@@Jakko25 Love Chad, he's definitely an important part of the band👍, however, like John, I bet you they could replace him with a good drummer. But not Flea. Flea is Flea, there's no replacing that guy. When you ask most people what they think about when they think of the chili peppers they'll often mention Flea. Edit: as dumb as many of his his lyrics are, in order for the Red Hot Chili peppers to be the Red Hot Chili Peppers you have to have Anthony Kiedis and Flea, imo. Without them it simply wouldn't be the chili peppers.
@@r1d246 I've seen the show in Hamburg, Germany last year and it was not a good concert in my opinion. I know I should not compare the 2022 shows to a 1999 or 2006 show but in 1999 and 2006 they blew my fucking ears out and it was just an overall celebration of music. RHCP were a really good live band back then.. Whereas in Hamburg 2022, I could have taken a nap in the middle of the set, they sounded slow and uninspired.
I think John just came back for a financial boost,. Prediction: he'll be back out again soon, in his living room by himself producing electronic music. Wonder if Josh will come back?
@@nvammers9682 Obviously they're all rich, however, considering their ages-- and the fact that John's only 52 ( younger than the rest of the Chili Peppers), dude's probably like " might as well make a couple more albums and some more millions for my retirement before the rest of the guys are unable to play... or die".
I waited 30 years to see them live (John kept quitting lol). I still cannot believe how INCREDIBLE they were here!!
I am so glad you finally got to see them! Simply Incredible live aren’t they
I was at this show, the whole band was absolutely on fire...
in this video they sound pretty lame tbh
Epic show!!!
Anthony's voice on point in Heavy Wing
and on edge in Summer&Cali
I lost my mind when they started playing The Heavy Wing, it was the best show ever
The best Black Summer solo so far
bro, Chad is my fav member, what a beast
He is also constant, relaxed, friendly with the fans, funny, selfless... And an amazing musician
the golden bass with the pickguard is beautyful
They don't age🤩
ehm

Flea is The Chilis.
Or Chad

I don’t even want to think about that
Anthony is the most irreplaceable..his voice and melody making is beyond unique..flea second
what type of camera do you use?
What kind of camera do you use to get such awesome video???
@5:45 Camera man spittin game. Die hard fan but this is your 1st show this tour?
Suspect...
Anybody know any details on Flea's new bass?
Damn, these 59 year old men are looking soooo fine!
U ain’t so bad either Karen
#standwithukraine 💙☀
Man, they look and sound exhausted. and whoever says they're not is just pumped with nostalgia.
Well, you're right, but is not this way every show, I've seen many others from this tour and they have the same energy they've always had
If anything energy dropped off around the By the Way era as shows became more melodic, and held fairly steady since then.

Its sad the way Anthony's voice is getting tired more and more during the tour... They rock tho!
I like this new guitarist, he does look familiar though…
Lol both of you
Flea using a new bass

if John leaves i think the band will retire
@@ilanrodriguez7698 maybe at this age, possibly. I mean they are in their 60s now for the most part
I don't think any of them needs any money. Ive heard them say it in an interview.
Also John seems to be a person who's is real close with what he's feeling imo. I think he's just doing what he likes and where his interests are.
