    Really appreciate your videos.
    Here's the job, here's the tools, here's the links, here's how you simply do it. Do not change your method, it really helps those of us who were formally afraid to attempt these maintenance procedures. Thanks.

    Bro, followed your advice and video and cleaned the MAF sensor and Throttle body. I have a 2013 Limited wiht 109k miles and WOW what a difference. I had a decent amount of carbon/black residue on the throttle body and cleaned it really well. What a difference in idle and smoothness. I'm sure the MPG will increase too. Love the channel. The shop wanted $200 to clean throttle body and replace the MAF sensor for $150! I bought the twin pack MAF sensor cleaner and throttle body cleaner CRC from walmart for $9.47. Need to do my coolant and PCV valve next.

      Smoother idle when cold, I haven’t had much of a chance to see an improvement in fuel economy yet. My sensor was surprisingly pretty clean

    I'm going to try this. Here is my issue and I'm looking for advice. Every once is a while ( like 200Km ) my2014 4runner stalls - it just turns off like I didn't fully turn the key. I can sort of stear and brake but definitley no power/acceleration. Turn it off and on and its good to go. Truck gets about 23L/100km when it should be around 17. No codes. I took it to TOYOTA for diagnosing and they couldn't pull codes so they said they couldn't fix it unless they replaced parts by guessing ( useless people). I have attached a FIXD code monitor to the truck encase it happens again and it throws a code. Any ideas. HELP!!!

      I seen this once before and it was the ignition, heavy keys bouncing around causing the car to shut off.

    my 2014 sr5p has been acting crazy, The RPM would drop very quickly to the bottom and up again in like a second, the moment I take my leg off the gas pedal or brake. It is driving me crazy as I could not find a straight answer to tis issue. Will try cleaning this sensor tomorrow and will try cleaning the throttle too. I also bought a set of spark plugs to replace too. Is there anything else that needs to be checked or replaced?

      Check for vacuum leaks as well. Make sure all the hoses are connected properly. Listen for whistling or anything that sounds like air sucking. Check the air filter as well. Do you have a check engine light?

      @@T4Rgarage thanks for replying. No check engine light. I will check all the hoses and replace the air filter and see what happens. Thanks again

    How can you mount your license plate on the grill? I have the same bumper but no idea where to mount my license plate

    • @T4Rgarage
      @T4Rgarage  9 месяцев назад +1

      I bought the mount on Amazon. It was called a universal grill license plate mount. Made from clear plastic with a bunch of holes in it to accommodate different grills

      No, only use what’s recommended or you could have issues

    Tried this but when putting it the gasket wouldn’t pop it back inside. Hard time putting back in…. Neglected to inform viewers about that.

      Didn't have that issue myself. Not sure how common it is as my car has 100k miles and seen lots of snow (and no issues putting back in).
