    Let's say you've been on a horrible diet and you've created a lot of toxins in your organs and now it's going to now you're on a proper diet now finally you're eating the proper diet you're not just going to bounce back the damage has been done by the free radicals so you have to go through at 9 month detoxification. Where you're only on the proper diet but you must know what the proper diet is my scientific research has found that the high protein low-fat diet is actually damaging your body that's right protein itself it can only handle a certain amount to human body once you go past about 45 g it causes an ammonia what happens is that you have a carbon dioxide effect when you breathe out this causes toxins the toxins must then be cleaned out of your kidneys this is causing kidney damage hi so what we're looking at is that we want to stay away from the ketone diet I want to stay away from high protein diets and we want to stay away from the low carbohydrate diets we want to start eating a different way which is that we were going to emphasize more carbohydrate and a lower protein intake this is going to cleanse out and detoxify the system because of the damage that you've caused from the toxins that you build up because you're taking in way too much protein too much fat and you're not getting enough carbohydrates which means you should bodies not producing the energy from the carbohydrate effect protein is getting you toxic effect and the fat is causing cholesterol and artery blockage so if it helps to be on the proper diet and not on an non-energy diet but a high performance diet that I'm on now
