Peugeot 107 Repairing sticking central locking on a door

Had a door lock that was sticking and the lock motor could not move it properly.
Some black goo i have met before strikes again. Anyone who know what kind of goo it is?
It seemed unaffected by acetone and that is one of the strongest things i got, it even melts plastic.
