The Mongols ruled China for a century, and both Mongolia and Korea border China, and historically had a lot of exchange, so it's not surprising that Mikey is not 100% Chinese.

CNVideos you are not 100% right，his mogolian percentage doesnt mean he must have a mogolian ancestor，it means he has a part of DNA which is the same as most of mongolian，HAN Chinese do have C3，like very low percentage.
CNVideos Mongolian's impact to Chinese DNA is very very little，0.8 percent is almost nothing to his DNA

I went to Mongolia last February and it was minus 22 degrees (C). Froze my behind off. By the way the connection flight in Business isn't really an upgrade. If you book Premium Economy on CI ex North America the connection flight within Asia is always in Business which is pretty cool and a great deal. Love the lounge in TPE and their Beef Noodle Soup!

Yes I bought some property in UB as it's a great market right now.
CI is China Airlines. You can check on Expedia or their own website, when you buy a Premium Economy Ticket from their North American gateways the connection flight ex Taipei is always booked in Business Class. Great deal for LAX-TPE-BKK for example!

HI Mike Im glad that your traveling to Korea for your ancestry tour! truly welcome again. I just wanna share with you that there are amazing places to visit out from Seoul. you can do it as a day tour from Seoul. its usually take around 3-4 hours a ride from Seoul. 1. Danyang : you can see the biggest and oldest temple in Korea and the famous Danyang Palkyung river cruise 2. Jeunju Hanok village and where you can taste the authentic Korean dishes. 3. Jin-an Maisan. they have the famous stone top temples and Donkey shape mountains 4. Busan Haedong Yongg-gung sa (a temple by the sea) where there is a story when you visit this temple and make a wish. atlist one of your wishes will definitly granted. I am so excited to see your upcoming videos Mkie! :)

Mike, next time you go to South Korea, I recommend you don't go out at like 2 to 4 am, especially in the Seoul areas, cause there are many murders that lurk in those times

Thanks for the interesting upload Mike :D The intro was amusing that i shared the ancestry thing with my friends, but they weren't as happy as i was. They were saying that it was common that those kinds of organizations could keep your DNA and will be able to use it for their own gains. I did hear about DNA-theft before... but yeah...

I flew China air last year, and a couple things sucked, if you have a portable charger make sure it's less than 10000 mah, and they don't let you use your phone on the flight

David Lu I agree with you that Air China's service sucks and China Airline is way better than Air China, but I think Air China have better safety record.

I think the reason you were upgraded to business class on the Taipei-Seoul flight was that CI usually sells only two classes of service on most of its Asian regional routes ( excluding premium economy , those seats are used as economy for high-ranking frequent flyer members ) . Therefore the system automatically booked you business if it was still available . This applies to many airlines , that's why CI never mentioned you got an upgrade .
