Hi Madam, I tried this recipe, however the batter didn't ferment and come out like the one you have shown in the video. I used this to make dosa instead, wasn't able to spread it on the tawa. Please let me know the corrections I need to make so I can try once again. I re-played the video and noticed that one ingredient mentioned "araithu puzhitha maavu" was not used in the preparation method. Please advise. Thanks.
