    Mam good Morning. For one spoon vendhiyam you told 200ml water. Can i use for 2 spoons vendhiyam 400 ml water or thr same 200ml water.

    Madam! I use to cook this idly, more than 15 yrs.(now I'm of 72 yrs old) My family members like thus tasty, healthy breakfast with, coconut chutney r Kotsu But, I didn't send this recipe to anywhere n also don't have any channel in U tube.

    Hi Madam, I tried this recipe, however the batter didn't ferment and come out like the one you have shown in the video. I used this to make dosa instead, wasn't able to spread it on the tawa. Please let me know the corrections I need to make so I can try once again. I re-played the video and noticed that one ingredient mentioned "araithu puzhitha maavu" was not used in the preparation method. Please advise. Thanks.
