    There's a difference between constructive criticism and trolling for the sake of getting a reaction. I consider myself a pretty positive person trying to focus on the good things but there are some issues with the game that need addressing for sure. At the end on the day none of us are responsible for what is gonna get put on the game so keep that in mind while typing opinions.
    I think PoE 2 is really cool and to be clear I hate D4 and Torchlight, but that being said, there are problems that need to be looked at and saying "you're a noob, the game is perfect" is not the answer.
    This is the best PoE content channel by far with a wonderful creator who gives us daily high quality videos, which is rare and I wouldn't change a single thing so if you're looking for drama there's plenty to choose from out there. On the other hand, if you want to be a positive influence, we're always open for new regular members.

      I agree, he seems genuine and that's why I follow and watch his videos for as long as I can, as a go to work normie. I'm tired of the creators who just copy someone else's build and pass it off as their own, then everyone is playing the same builds which affects build diversity and acquiring good items in trade

    hey, been watching you for a while. youre quite crafty. i like your videos: theyre not just showing off some exploit or some extreme setup. you go through all the phases, craft your own stuff, ssf obv, swap builds often, share knowledge... quite unique. thanks for all your work

    When it comes to poison, the most important thing on your bow is having additional arrows from the base and affix.
    Having additional arrows means technically having multiple clouds stacked one above the other, which is a multiplier for how fast the poison stacks. It's a direct dps increase and also helps bursting damage when it comes to moving targets.

    A trick you can try with your plague bearer is adding astral projection and turning it into a long range nuke for bossing so you stack poison and then nuke them down with plague bearer. I did it when leveling chayula and it was very strong.

    i feel like the problem with defenses right now is the lack of ways of MITIGATING damage. there are good ways to avoid damage and tank up (Eva and ES) but there needs to be more options for ways to mitigate hits that do come through. more phys taken as, more flat reduction, more Progenesis type effects

    I didn't share my thoughts on this in the previous video but I will here.
    I think that a lot of the issues people are having with the current system stems from a lack of balance that will hopefully be finetined in the near future. It sucks that we have to experience the game in a state where most of the ideas the devs have need to be iterated on multiple times until they get to where they need to be, but nevertheless it's something I'm willing to sit through.
    I enjoy challenging games, I love the darksouls series (albeit it's a completely different game than this and should not be compared) but the series achieved a very delicate balance between punishment and reward that is hard to replicate in other games, let alone other genres. Imagine is you would lose one of your equipment slots on death or lose experience to the point you start to lose levels or any other over the top punishment... The delicate balance would be lost and the gem wouldn't be half as enjoyable.
    I think GGG need to find that balance with PoE2 and it might take some time.
    I don't think losing everything in a map from a death is the right choice, perhaps 6 portals is too much but maybe we can settle on three portals with an increasing punishment every time you die in a map, i.e. 50% less quantity of items found per death. And on bosses, perhaps the boss HP resetting competely when you re-enter the area is punishment enough.
    IWe are also missing a plethora of tools that would help with scaling survivability and they are standing between a rock and a hard place because they can't let us have 6 portals until they release all defensive skills/auras/items and then take the portals away, but it also sucks that most builds are very limited in how they build defenses.
    It's a tough situation to be in but I do think that finding a good balance with the above will make the game much more enjoyable, perhaps some of that balance can rely on player agency in how they want to experience the content. They have to be very careful with their steps cause it's very hard to take stuff away.

    Hey, I made the comment regarding being in favor of the 1 portal per map. This is the early access and I definitely believe that this is not the finished product and a lot of balance is needed to make the 1 portal per map actually work. I'm a casual player and if I am saying this, then I find it weird that people who are playing 8+ hours per day complaining when you can just load a new map. You made mention regarding not getting enough evasion when you can go acrobatics and spec more evasion which will trivialize most fights. I'm playing chayula monk and I am almost at T15 maps because I only play on my off days and 2 hours after work as a normie. I respect everyone's opinion and I believe that after a bit more balancing then the 1 portal gameplay will be more rewarding.

    When I play infernalist I pick almost all aoe nodes. Aoe right now feels like a legitimate layer of defence. And besides that, more damage. For merc I think that would do good as well.
    But this is forcing us to play glass cannons, which is counterintuitive with 1 portal lol.

    I don't think the current state of "1 portal = paiful", just de-spawn all mobs you have left on the map and let us loot whatever we have already dropped, the game feels "ok" when approaching to defenses (except for armour/life), but i think the major problem is the lack of "hard penalties to Magic Finders", i mean, no having MF = Less Exalteds but at the same time rarity comes from rare gear anyways with no penalties so you're kinda making bad decisions on your gearing by not putting it on your character, *The MF Soul Cores Should Have Penalties*

    I did not play POE2 but peoples who are for the 1-death per map are willing the game to be challenging (or grindy) for what I understood. Why not play in hardcore therefore ?

    The whole point of poe2 release we have is for us to test and give feedback. Saying get better or build defenses noob isn't helping with GGG vision, idiots.

    Thank you for mentioning ^^ I like your videos, watch everyone of them and you encourage me for play SSF in poe1 and i really liked it. What i don`t like is limited access to uniques, but it`s different story.
    I think main problem is not differences between casuals/nolifers etc, but differences between "normal" players and content creators. I, as a normal player, want healthy trade league to play my one char, at most two and get satisfaction, that i not die and kill things . Content creators want different thing - opportunity to make and show many buidls in short time and they don`t wat to deal with such a boring thing as defence. Also they want "noobs" to play the game and watch their work - but noobs don`t like have only one portal.
    "Normal" players just want healthy trade league, but in Poe1 it`s broken. Why it`s broken? Among anything - it`s becouse of six portal nonsence and avoidance of defence mechanics on builds. Someone could say, that there will always be bad things going on trade league like RMT, but why we must add to this six portal thing?
    Problem with lack of defences options in this game is of course real, but most of them can be solved on trade league or by simply knowing, that there is only two defence mechanics right now - tons of ES/mana or life with cloak of flame and some block. That`s it and just don`t do builds based on armour/evasion and wait, till they fix it. I think community should be more smart and know, that 6 portal thing is killing trade league, that`s why ggg went hard with it (but i think on pinnacle bosses T1 it should be more portals to make opportunity to learn mechanics).

      It allows you to create your own unique build and push it as far as it can go. I would say that is the biggest success of POE 1. Not every build can take down the pinnacle content, but you should be able to experiment and have fun.

    Ok but I don't understand how you are saying there aren't enough map drops in terms of good rares ..i have a quad tab of rares that are good and usable and i for sure play less..not to mention that expedition crafting isn't as strong as in poe1 but i've gotten quite a few insane items from there too

    I like the ideas but ppl would complain so hard if you could opt in for more portals for less MF. I can already see the articles about "being forced" to play harder to not feel like they are being scammed out of a rewarding experience.
    Also, the comment about mapping feeling like delving hit home for me. I never liked delving. this explains why something about mapping felt off for me

    they need to balance the game based on SSF. End of story. Everythings gonna fall into place if they do that. Trade andies are gonna 20 mil dps oneshot the game anyway. Thats what they are already doing with 1 portal. And thats what ssf players cant do because they cannot get 50 divine gear in every item slot. What could you possibly lose by having more portals when chasing the rabbit through the rabbit hole at the moment = glasscanon dpsing the game into submission? The thing ggg didnt want to happen, poe1 speed content clearing, is already a reality. Either they cap everyones dps to stop increasing at 500k or something, or you make what we have, more enjoyable.
    You know why we're here! It happened! It cannot be stopped!

    You keep conflating 'meta builds' with good builds. 90% of meta builds are just what streamers & content creators are playing. They are not always even the best builds available. You can make plenty of good builds that would not be considered 'meta'
    If your issue is you can't progress having made a bad build - then yeah, I don't think you should be able to do that.
    It is super dishonest to frame the discussion this way but I guess your honesty is in as short supply as the respect you have for yourself - begging GGG to allow you to fail but still win. It is quite pathetic.
    If the issue is you don't feel you can build defenses then maybe that is what your video should be about. "Hey, I don't feel I have enough defensive options." Not - Let me fail but still win please.
