Guys please buy only ready possession flats from builder or in resale. Make sure you have adequate money and won't need to cancel.
Always make detailed sale deed agreement with real estate, builder or contractor becoz these are long term projects so dispute happens and we as common man are helpless against these powerful rich builder 😢😢
They won't make a sale deed after just 5L payment I guess. My experience with another builder is that they only issue receipts only when you have paid 15-20% and are about to register they make the sale agreement.
These builder have their own deed we can't give our deed
First we need to pay on day of registration they totally present surprised deed and of we dinied they forfeit our money

As per MahaRERA.... If the client cancels his booking after 61 days of issuance of the Allotment Letter.... The builder can deduct a maximum of 2 % of the cost of the unit and has to refund the rest of the amount..... So the maximum that a builder can deduct is just 2 %

Sir I've some sort of same issue with poddar builders in badlapur ive booked flat in 2019 & till date it's 2nd time when they have forwarded the date of possession in RERA ie. 2024 dec & construction is yet to be started where it was stopped, till now only 10th floors are completed & construction is being stopped since last 8months every month interest emi is deducted but still awaiting solution on starting of construction or else kindly suggest if I should withdraw my flat from the site & get refund on that, please help.

Mai furniture banvane gaya tha 10000 ka tha 1000 down payment deke aya. 10 din baad adha furniture banane ke baad shop wale ne remaining 9000 mange but maine order cancel kar diya.
Shop wale ne mujhe 1000 return karna chaiye tha.
I agree video wale person ka financial issue hai. But deal cancel hone par paise return karna aisa government ka rule hai. Tabhi buyer expect kar sakta sab paise mil jaye. Else use baki paise pay karke deal fullfill karna hoga.
